On May 6th at approximately 11 am. I placed my Altima Nissan in the hands of the safe. I task was completed with no hiccups atleast that's what I thought. Upon entering my car I observ I placed my Altima Nissan in the hands of the safe. I task was completed with no hiccups atleast that's what I thought. Upon entering my car I observed that my coins appeared to be missing the quarters. I did not think anything of it until.the following day when I went into my console and found my change bag missing. On Saturdays I go shopping fir my mother who has Dementia and I use the quarters to park. This day was no different. I reached into my console to find the bag of coins missing. I searched my car however to know avail. Let me say this no one was left in my car. Noone until Friday when I gave my car to A Barron Nissan representative. Go figure. Thanks More

My service experience at Barron Nissan was probably one of the best experiences at any service dealership I've ever had, and I have had BMW and Audi cars in the past. I loaner car was arranged for me with out begging or waiting 3 weeks for one to be available like most places. Jason met outside when I pulled up my car and couldn't have been nicer, with a smile on his face and directed me into service dept.. He knew exactly what my car was in for servicing about and listened patiently as I explained the problem that I was having . Then I think it was Mary that signed me in and there was vasically no wait time to be in and out of the service dept like my experiences with other places in the past where you could practically read an entire book before anyone even acknowledges you. I was on my way in a clean loaner with gas in the car. No one said make sure you fill car up with same amount you have in tank as you had like I have experienced at other dealerships. A few hours later I got a phone call the car was fixed and back to pick up my car. It's not enough to love a car the way it drives, because if the service is not good, what do you really have, but one headache after another as I experienced so many times in the past. Everything about this dealership is great and it's nice to feel confident when I get back into my car that I'm not going to be returning in a few days for the same issues. I'm raving about everyone in this service dept. When I returned the loaner another girl in like 5 mins. had me back in my car and on my way home. Not only are these people knowledgeable and they do it with a smile on their face! Who would ever say it was a pleasure bringing your car in for service? That's exactly how I felt when I left!!!! More
