We were referred to this dealership by a friend and after visiting some other places I couldn't be happier I chose to go here. The new manager Jory was extremely helpful and explained how the entire process visiting some other places I couldn't be happier I chose to go here. The new manager Jory was extremely helpful and explained how the entire process would work. He even took the time to show us the vehicle and test drive it with us while the salesman momentarily had to help a different customer. Having bought many new cars in my life it was nice to walk into a place where everyone seems to genuinely care. They made it all very easy and I would recommend this place time and time again... More

These "salesmen" are the epitome of horrible. They are misleading about prices and they add at least one $895 (though we somehow got 2) "fee" at the end of the deal, when you're ready to buy the They are misleading about prices and they add at least one $895 (though we somehow got 2) "fee" at the end of the deal, when you're ready to buy the car. So unethical. There are several reviews below that have complained about the same but paid this fee anyhow. Do your research. These fees are not real and need not be paid to a dealership that is just out to take advantage of anyone who walks in there. Just go down the street and find a better dealership that will not do such crappy things to their customer. I plan to call the Better Business Bureau immediately. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They lie, they're rude, and there is no reason for you to ever pay such fees after you've been given a "final price." More
I couldn't have been happier. Walked into a few dealers cold and had the SOP game played. Was researching on Edmunds.com came across an offer for $750 cash card if I leased or purchased a new Altim dealers cold and had the SOP game played. Was researching on Edmunds.com came across an offer for $750 cash card if I leased or purchased a new Altima within 30 days. I requested quotes online one dealer told me to come in and once again did routine 6. Allison of Baron gave me a fair price out of the Box online and Satish (Tish) improved on it slightly. It was the least painful experience to date. More
very dishonest dealer. bait and switch, then tried to hide the CARFAX report from customer for a used car. 1st showed a print-out which only had basic info. When requested to show history of the car, rep hide the CARFAX report from customer for a used car. 1st showed a print-out which only had basic info. When requested to show history of the car, rep needed to "consulted" a manager in the office inside - waiting for almost 20 mins - yea, he did offer candies and coffee! then, when the manager came out, he started all the same old same old ... "it's a good car ... you truest us ... we have been selling cars for many many years ... " when I insisted to see the detailed CARFAX, he showed a more complicated print-out. I read through then realized that was a manufacture stats for NEW CARS! at this point, I started to be suspicious ... I showed him my CARFAX report for another car from another dealer which contained details history of the car, such as service records and accidents and other "events" exchange hands, etc. with several pages. the rep. and manager started to play bad-cop-good-cop ... told me all the "you liked the car...you won't walk away today and missed the good opportunity ... the next customer comes in and buys this car ..." my wife had a more clear mind and she told them - we will come back. when we got home, we paid our own fee to search the same car (VIN) from CARFAX ... yes, you guessed it ... this car at Baron TWO major accidents with major repairs! I'm glad I didn't buy this car from this dealer under their pressure! I hope this won't happen again to other customers. Do your home work! stay away from this dealer. More
This is the eighth car I've bought for my family via internet and telephone. Once I decide on the vehicle specifications I like, I just e-mail out or make a phone inquiry. Allison and Satish were both internet and telephone. Once I decide on the vehicle specifications I like, I just e-mail out or make a phone inquiry. Allison and Satish were both great and right to the point. No fooling around and wasting my time. Satish got the 2013 Pathfinder in the color I wanted and with the options I wanted for the best price of any dealership in Nassau or Suffolk Counties. What's more, Baron doesn't add any fees, i.e. dealer prep, destination or administrative fees, like the Nissan dealerships in Smithtown, Medford, and Riverhead. It was a pleasure dealing with Valerie for all the paper work. She made it easy and pleasant, via faxing. I highly recommend Baron for the best straight forward pricing and ease of purchase. The good: So I went to this dealership because they had the exact car I was looking for and it was at a great price. The car was exactly how it was described on the website and it did not have any problem the exact car I was looking for and it was at a great price. The car was exactly how it was described on the website and it did not have any problems with it. The sales person Tony was very helpful during the process and they even had an extra key made up for me which was great. The bad: The price you see listed online is the final price. They will not negotiate with you at all. Also, the price you see online is the finance price, as they will charge you extra if you try and pay cash upfront. But this didn't really matter for me since I paid the car off in full on the first payment date. So just finance the car to get the extra savings and then pay off the car on the first payment. There are no early payment fees. There is also a $895.00 dealer "prep" fee that they charge you. Again they will not negotiate on this and you have to pay it if you want the car. They claim it is for servicing the car and getting it ready, I know it does not cost this much. Also, once you take the car off the lot, the dealership will NOT help you or call you back for any reason. I called several times because my car was missing the EPA bar code scanner sticker that is on the inside driver side door panel and was assured that it would be mailed to me. It was never mailed. I spoke with several different managers, left my phone number but was never called back regarding the issue. Basically once they have sold you the car, they want nothing to do with you. Lastly, I saw how much they paid for my car versus the advertised sale price. They made $2,500 on the car plus the $895 dealer fee, so the dealership profited by almost $3,500. Many of the cars were priced like this, and knowing this information may be helpful for those of you who can negotiate with them. More
Overall positive experience. Good stock. Professional staff. Very good pricing. Cap cost redux was not itemized-difficult to discern whether add-ons/discount was added back without notice. Still got a good deal because of aggressive discount. Car was prepared very well. More
