I normally don't write reviews but this was an exception. I purchased my first new Maxima at this dealership and was very happy from my first step in the place to when I picked up the car and drov exception. Brian Chabrier made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and gave me the best possible price available. I don't think I would of received this type of service from any other Nissan dealership. I would definitely recommend purchasing your new Nissan here. They also have a used car department just in case you're not into buying new, but there's nothing like that new car smell. Thanks Brian. More

I was interested in leasing a 2013 Pathfinder and sent an email with my requests to Allison Emanuel, Internet Sales Manager. Allison responded later that day telling me she will look into my request. Two days later, she responded with answers to ALL of my questions and had the "numbers" broken down and located a 2014 model for a few dollars more than my monthly payment figure I had in mind. This was fine as the difference was literally a "few dollars" more.!! I arranged to return my current Nissan lease (4 months early) and pick up the Pathfinder a week later. I walked in and was greeted by a very "energetic and enthusiastic" Allison and Tish, the salesperson. There were NO surprises, bait and switch or gimmicks when I sat down to sign the lease agreement. Tish, explained the agreement details and walked me through the 2014 Pathfinder. Allison handled the lease retun for me and I was out in about 45 minutes. I spent 15 of those minutes talking to Allison and Tish as if they were "friends". The best part of this process was there was NO pressure or follow-up phone calls/emails asking me about my decision/etc. Allison and Tish make a GREAT team and I look forward to working with them again in "36 Months" ..... I first came to Baron Nissan 2 years ago for my first lease. There was no doubt that I'd be back when my lease was up. I wanted to come into Baron Nissan because there was an Early Lease Termination Even lease. There was no doubt that I'd be back when my lease was up. I wanted to come into Baron Nissan because there was an Early Lease Termination Event going on that I had been receiving information about. I called the week before I came in and spoke to Marc. He took all my information and assured me he would do his best to get me the best deal. When I arrived at Baron Nissan I first spoke to Jory (who helped me with my first lease) and Marc. They both told me that they would do everything to get me a great car at a great price...and that they did! I test drove the 2013 Sentra and 2014 Versa Note. Both cars were amazing to drive and it was a hard decision to make. I built both cars to how I wanted it and then they priced both out for me. I got a great deal on my first lease so I was sure they could do it again. I ended up choosing the new Versa Note and although it was not included as part of this event, these guys pulled it off! I drove away with my new car that same day! What a great day! The entire staff at Baron Nissan is friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. I also for the past 2 years have only come to Baron to get my car serviced. You can feel that customer service is a huge emphasis in every area of this dealership. More
All I can say is that Joe K is everything that one could hope for when buying a car. He was incredibly honest, straight forward, kind, knowledgeable and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable hope for when buying a car. My new Versa Note is really putting a smile on my face. The folks at Baron Nissan are amazing and a great testament to your brand. Val was also super nice and made the whole transaction process easy and simple and very stress free, I will wholeheartedly recommend Baron Nissan to anyone that I know is looking for a car or truck. I went to Baron Nissan with the goal to trade in my 2011 Toyota 4Runner (which I owned) and to then enter into a lease agreement for a Nissan Rogue. I was met by salesperson Marc Rathaus and I explained to Toyota 4Runner (which I owned) and to then enter into a lease agreement for a Nissan Rogue. I was met by salesperson Marc Rathaus and I explained to him my reason for coming to the dealership. Marc is very friendly and was very attentive to what I was trying to accomplish. I told him that other dealers tried to "low ball" me on an offer for my 4Runner. I told him if he could get me a fair price for my vehicle I would lease the Rogue from him. Marc always being enthusiastic told me "I'm going to make every effort to get the deal done". I thought to myself there is no way they are going to give me a fair offer for my trade in....I was WRONG. Marc came back with a very fair price for both my 4Runner as well as for the monthly lease price for the new Rogue. There was never any of the typical pressure that car dealers give you such as "you need to sign this deal right now or I cannot guarantee the price". In fact, they let me come back the next day to finalize the deal. I also dealt with Jory Baron during the negotiations. Jory was also extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. He showed his gratitude for me choosing to purchase from his dealership by rewarding me with "extras" that I believe no other dealership would provide. When I realized that the check given to my for my 4Runner was a few hundred dollars less than originally negoitiated price (this was because of taxes) I asked Marc and Jory if they would honor the original price because I was never told I would have to pay taxes. Guess what...these guys actually HONORED the original price and cut me a check for the difference. They are obviously honest men and that goes a long way in my book. When my lease expires in 3 years I will definitely go back to Baron Nissan and hopefully purchase another vehicle from this dealership !!! More
