My first visit as a new pre-owned Mini client and I’m impressed for the most part. As a former BMW owner the dealership was not unfamiliar to me but they still had me in their system even after years of impressed for the most part. As a former BMW owner the dealership was not unfamiliar to me but they still had me in their system even after years of inactivity. I found them helpful and capable as well as straightforward with minimal pressure to upsell services or products. Despite having to navigate with a TPP ESP for coverage and approvals I never felt alienated or treated differently than a cash customer. My service advisor was helpful and knowledgeable despite the many questions I posed during the process. More
