I absolutely am in love with my 2013 Honda CR-V EX AWD. This dealer exceeded my expectations in every way possible; anyone that thinks differently is foolish. I first inquired about the car I wanted on-line and was left a message by Maria who was very courteous and friendly. I went down to the dealer a few nights later just to look where she hooked me up with Robert Noto. He worked very well with my Partner and I to reach the price and payment that we were looking for. He was in NO WAY pushy like your typical car salesman. We closed the deal that night, I left my deposit and made an appointment to pick my car up a few days later. Got there and it was the most painless pickup I have ever experienced. I was greeted by Robert immediately where he took me outside to inspect my car and go over the features, even helping me clean the coffee I spilled as soon as I got into it. We then went inside and met with Theresa in finance to go over and sign the paperwork. She was extremely efficient and friendly. She did not give us any shtick or try to sell us anything we didn't need like most of those guys who try to intimidate you into things you do not want or need. Once again, painless. We were in her office no longer than ten minutes and that was with her detailed explanation of my Lease Agreement. They wished my luck and I was out the door and on the road with my new crossover. I will definitely be back to work with them in the future. I hope their service department is up to par with their sales and finance department. Highly recommended! More

Dave Burns don't pressure you when you visit Baron Honda. He's ready when you are. I visited other Honda dealers in our area and they all have the high pressure sale pitch. "Sign now and you'll g Honda. He's ready when you are. I visited other Honda dealers in our area and they all have the high pressure sale pitch. "Sign now and you'll get a great deal, but it's only for today - Blah Blah-blah". No heavy pressure at baron. This is the third Honda we got from Baron Honda and I highly recommend them. More

I've had a great experience with Baron Honda and family. I recently filed bankrupt, and expected not to get such great treatment or possible railroaded. Not at Baron Honda. I was treated as if I had cash sitting on everyones desk. Joe Turner is exceptional as well as Joe Giella. Joe T. is the salesman who helped me with showing what type of car I was looking for. He gave me a few options to look at plus some. He was very thorough with explaining the details of each vehicle of the car I was interested in. After making my decision of which car I wanted, Joe T. gave me some space to discuss with my husband over the phone and wasn't pushy at all. While waiting on an approval, I met Joe G. the finance guy who not only tried with one bank for my approval but several. He explained what bank he tried to get to finance my loan along with info each bank had to offer. This is the first dealer who offered such info without me asking. Joe G. was extremely thorough with all paper work after sealing the deal with Capital One. He explained from top to bottom the contract of the loan to any other expenses included in my loan, as well as the dealer certification of the vehicle I was purchasing. Baron Honda is a family oriented dealer whom is not pushy and respects your opinion. Any questions I had was answered and explained thoroughly. I walked in Baron not so sure but left in confidence that I picked the best dealer after filing bankrupt. I'm happy with my purchase, and besides the negative reviews I read prior to going to Baron, I don't regret my decesion in purchasing from Baron Honda. Mr. Baron himself makes rounds and introduces himself to customers with a couple of jokes too. :) More
