Theresa Neikam and Jack Curran went out of their way to treat me with respect and understanding of my situation. They both worked extremely hard to make it possible for me to find a car within my means and help me back on the road of rebuilding my credit. I couldn't be more satisfied with Theresa and Jack's level of professionalism and work ethic. Both of them went "above and beyond" to find me a car which I am very satisfied with and can afford. I came into Baron Honda in bad trouble. My approval for a car loan @ Capitol One Bank expired in December and the car I decided to hold on to died. I checked out some local dealers and found Baron Honda. I came in looking for a car that I could afford and I met Bill. He understood I wasn't expecting to spend a lot of money and worked with me through my credit issue. He found be a great deal on a Honda and even helped me lower my insurance rate through Geico. He even printed out directions to the place I had to go to , to get a photo inspection for my car and followed up with my insurance company to fax them some information they needed after I already bought the car. Bill and everyone at Baron Honda was true to his word so when he mentioned there are websites to rate dealer's performances. I told him to say no more. I am also reviewing a few other places that were much much less professional. More

Once I decided to look into used Pilots, I began going to local dealerships. Some were obnoxious, some seemed reluctant to show me what I was asking for. Still, others claimed to have a large selection onlin local dealerships. Some were obnoxious, some seemed reluctant to show me what I was asking for. Still, others claimed to have a large selection online or over the phone, but when I arrived, the selection was suddenly much less. After looking over the Baron website then calling to confirm they had a number of used pilots on site, I decided to make the drive out to Patchogue. I was greeted at the door by salesman Louis Natarus. He asked if he could help me with anything. I replied I was interested in looking at used Pilots. He replied "Let me get my coat." and we headed to the front of the lot. He asked if there was anything specific I was looking for and I told him the few qualifications I was looking for. We went down the line of pilots and he read me their descriptions, their mileage and their list price. He made note of any special features and after showing me all of the ones that met my criteria, he asked if there were any i was interested in. He then got keys for the ones i mentioned. He showed me them inside and out. He never once made me feel like he was selling something. He was giving me information that would help me make my decisions. One of the Pilots had everything I was looking for and came close to my price range. After some very casual negotiations and a test drive, i would have been a fool to pass. The selection was excellent, the price was excellent but the service was what brought it all home. I don't like the tactics and demeanor of a lot of the salesmen I met before I came to Baron. Louis had none of that. He was informative and relaxed. He didn't patronize me or try to pressure me in any way. In the end, i was almost amazed at how easy the process was. I will be recommending Baron Honda to anyone i know looking for a new car, and i will definitely be back. More
I have been leasing my cars from this dealership for several years. After my husband died 3 years ago they were extremely helpful and sympathetic. I was searching for a 2010 civic hybrid with no luck. I stopped at Baron Honda; Joe Turner was my salesman. He was friendly, knowledgeable and understood that I wanted a car with a clean air pass rating. U stopped at Baron Honda; Joe Turner was my salesman. Right before I was going to decide on another deal and give up on my search, Joe made my dream happen. A 2010 hybrid became available. I bought the hybrid and I couldn't be happier! Baron Honda is not flashy or over-the-top. Don't judge by appearance of the showroom! It is quaint and friendly. Our salesman, Vito, was not only friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but true to his word appearance of the showroom! It is quaint and friendly. Other dealerships (through Edmunds.com) made empty promises and still won't leave me alone - I have to block them from my e-mailbox! Vito never steered us in the direction of things we didn't need. He only answered our questions and not once did he try to make more of the sale than we needed or wanted - a major reason that we will be returning here in the future! Not only did Vito take care of everything, he went the extra mile when our insurance company messed up. We had our new Odyssey in two hours! I would definitely recommend this dealership More
My lease on my 2010 Honda Accord was up in 2 more payments. So I went to my salesman to find out how much the buy out was. I was informed I would not have to make the last 2 payments,and also told payments. So I went to my salesman to find out how much the buy out was. I was informed I would not have to make the last 2 payments,and also told I would get a 1.83% rate from Chase Bank . I took the deal. The next thing I knew the price was $20,055.00. I told the salesman I thought the lease buyout was$16,700.00 plus tax. He said no it was $17,600.00. I told him I seen it somewhere. You've got it backwards I was told. To make it short,I went home where I found my original lease agreement,where it said an option to buy was $16,700.00. I went back to David Burns (salesman) to show him. His excuse was the girls in the back made a mistake. We have to make a new agreement. So I sat around for half an hour while they made up a new agreement. The new agreement had the price of the car for $16,700.00 plus tax, plus inspection fee and title for$125.00, plus termination fee for $300.00. I was never told about a $300.00 termination fee. would'nt have agreed to end the lease if I knew I would have to pay a termination fee. And also the last 2 payments would carry over to my Chase loan,which I was told I would not have to pay. The title on the first agreement was $87.50,and on the second agreement it was $125.00. I asked David Burns how come it was $87.50 on the first agreement and $125.00 on this agreement. He said the girls in the back made a mistake on the first one. Are there REALLY girls in the back???? He used this excuse at least 6 times, when I caught him being deceitful. More
