After shopping around at numerous dealerships we made the decision to lease a 2013 Honda Pilot from Baron Honda because they were the most affordable dealership in the area. Positive: Mostly honest and open regarding lease turn in and new lease. Could be better: AFTER negotiating a new lease, I was reminded of the option of extending current lease a few months - to get the nex and new lease. My recent experience with the employees of Baron Honda proved to me once again that this is the only dealership I will deal with. Baron Honda is very fortunate to have Rob Noto and Theresa Neikam. I also informed him that my entire family has purchased from Baron Honda for years and that I would be expecting a good price. Rob was pleasant, understanding, informative and above all, NOT pushy. It was very refreshing to have dealt with a Sales person who wasn't trying to give me the "hard sell" in any way, shape or form. I was pleased with the price that was offered and sealed the deal with Theresa from Finance. She made some suggestions but once again, there wasn't any kind of "high pressure." She was delightful and cheery. My wife and I were out of there in a flash and picked up our new Accord EX that afternoon.
