I went to Baron Honda to see what cars they had on their lot. Within one minute Jacy Baron had come from his desk outside and introduced himself. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle during my first visit, but after Jacy spent many hours with me showing and explaining at least 7 vehicles, I decided to buy from Baron that day. The price, quality of vehicle, and level of customer service far exceeded all of my past car purchasing experiences. Jacy was extremely patient, kind, and informative. As well as Jacy, Joe Giella, the finance manager at Baron, was also helpful and knowledgable. They are both honest and straightforward, traits rarely found in this line of business (based on my previous observations). I strongly suggest that anyone looking for a Honda venture on down to Baron and ask for Jacy Baron. I give them both ten thumbs up and will be forever grateful. I had the pleasure of being Jacy's first sale. He was a little nervous but very polite and very pleasant to work with. I am always skeptical of offers by mail and fully expected the old "Bait & Switch" or that I would just walk out frustrated but that never happened. Jacy was awesome. After speaking with the Finance Mgr Theresa regarding my where I wanted to be payment wise, Jacy made sure he fully understood my driving use and needs before he even looked at Baron's inventory. I was amazed when Jacy took me out to look at two 2010 Accords (not older cars or Civics) that both fit my financial constraints and driving needs. The car was ready for delivery the same night. (just 3.5 hours later). Since my purchase Jacy has called me twice to make sure I understood all the cars functions and to see that I was satisfied with my purchase. The car looks and drives great and I am getting 27mph around town. It is clear Mr. Baron , who I met during the process, has instilled in his son the Old School style of doing business. Build a Quality, Loyal customer base through honesty and oustanding customer service as opposed to volume sales. Your customers keep coming back and they bring more business with them.
