I asked for an itimized bill and they falsified it , it did not reflect the $1000.00 prep fee I was being charged after the sales rep told me I would not be charged for them to fix the vehical. I also presented a groovecar/ cuauto $300.00 off coupon. After reviewing my final bill of sales the following day I realized the $1000.00 discrepency and thought that perhaps they had added rather than subtracted my downpayment . When learnining the truth that it was a hidden prep fee, I was furious! After much negoation they agreed to refund the $1000.00 but refused to acknowledge the $300.00 coupon claiming that it was handed in after negoations when I handed it in during negoations. I have filed a complaint with the NYC DCA and Suffolk County Consumer Affairs. More

We just recently purchased our 2nd car from Baron Honda and we had Joe Turner as our salesperson both times. We were so happy with the entire experience. My lease was up in September on my Honda Crosstour and I wanted to continue on with another Honda. I tried going back to the dealer that leased me my car and they were completely unhelpful. Jack was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my frustrations with leasing my next car. He made the transistion smooth and quick and with no problems. I was a previous buyer form Baron Honda from many years ago. I had purchased from Dominic in the past and wanted to give them an opportunity for the business again. I entered the dealership and was pleased to find out that Dominic was now the general manager. I worked with Jacy Baron on the purchase of a 2013 Accord and everything went smoothly. Jacy was very upfront and easy to work with. I did not get the high pressure sale from Baron which is why I returned to purchase after all these years. I woudl highly recommend this dealership. Everything went well right down to sitting down with Teresa in finance. There was no high pressure push for any extras. She highlighted what she had to and left the decisions up to me. More

I went to Baron Honda to see what cars they had on their lot. Within one minute Jacy Baron had come from his desk outside and introduced himself. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle during my first visit, but after Jacy spent many hours with me showing and explaining at least 7 vehicles, I decided to buy from Baron that day. The price, quality of vehicle, and level of customer service far exceeded all of my past car purchasing experiences. Jacy was extremely patient, kind, and informative. As well as Jacy, Joe Giella, the finance manager at Baron, was also helpful and knowledgable. They are both honest and straightforward, traits rarely found in this line of business (based on my previous observations). I strongly suggest that anyone looking for a Honda venture on down to Baron and ask for Jacy Baron. I give them both ten thumbs up and will be forever grateful. Baron Honda, due to their amazing staff, now has a new lifetime customer! More
