Stopped by this dealership on a whim. Needed a new hybrid to replace my 225,222 mileage 2007 Civic hybrid. When I was ready, Jack Curran made himself available to answer all of my questions and gave me different options that would satisfy my needs. After only a few minutes of negotiating, I purchased a low mileage 2010 Civic Hybrid that fit my needs perfectly. A few days later I picked up my pristine used car that was Honda Certified. All aspects of this sale were handled professionally and all of my concerns were addressed immediately and much to my satisfaction. Well a week later I drove home with that same car. Joe really took they time to listen to my financial needs as payments went and made it happen. I had been searching for a used Nissan Frontier for about 2 months when I found Baron Honda's listing. Not only was their price significantly better than I'd been able to find, but their truck had better fe 2 months when I found Baron Honda's listing. I bought the truck sight unseen and took a train up from Philadelphia to pick it up. These guys were very organized and friendly throughout the process. There were no hiccups in the transaction whatsoever and everything was as I expected when I arrived. Rob was a great guy, easy to get in touch with and provided great service even after the sale was complete. 3 months after the purchase, I needed documentation for my insurance company and he got me what I needed within hours of asking. After a long miserable day of used car shopping, my husband and I pulled into the Baron Honda lot just to turn around and head back home but figured we'd take a QUICK look before a sales rep. came out trying to sell us something we just didn't want. Sure as anything, within minutes a sales rep. Jack Curran, comes out to offer his assistance. By that time, are nerves were a bit frayed and my husband was quite adamant on what we wanted in a car and what we wanted to spend. Jack was quick to let us know that we (most likely) wouldn't find it on a lot of a New Car dealership since those cars are typically a bit newer and much more expensive. What he did was offer was some used car shopping advise and tips on how to find what we we were looking for...I was shocked and appreciated his honesty. With that, before leaving, Jack mentioned that he had a elderly couple trading in their 2004 Honda Accord in a few days, 1 owner, mint condition but a bit over our budget at $7,000 but to keep it in mind if we were interested. To be honest, if he was like any of the other sales reps we'd encountered that day, we would have just said no thanks and ran out of the dealership, but we didn't. We came back when the car was being traded in just to look at it and give a test drive. We are now the proud owner of 2004 Honda Accord with all of the attributes I was looking for in a 1st car for our son, who loves it as well, maybe not as much as if it was a Camaro, but it will do.
