Great Salesman Neil Weissman Was shopping for a good used car for my sister, and went to Baron Honda on the recommendation of a friend. When I walked in, I was directed to a salesman, Neil Weissman, who after a few questions to find out what exactly I was looking for, directed me to the lot. He showed me a car that fit my criteria, but it was not quite what I was in search of. Neil could tell that I was not enthusiastic about the car, and he asked me to wait while he went inside. He came out a few minutes later with the same offer on a different vehicle. This second vehicle was exactly what I wanted for my sister. Since she was at work until 3:30, I asked if I could place a hold on the car so as not to lose it. He told me that I could have a fully refundable deposit of $100.00 and he would hold the car until that evening. It turned out to be the car we purchased. I did go to another dealership, but the service was not nearly as kind. I felt pressure and that I was wasting the other salesman's time, so I left. I told my sister that Baron Honda was the place we were going to get her car. When she came to test drive it, Neil was patient, kind and very amenable to every question she had (and she had many; some of which were very basic). Neil was no pressure, and both my sister and I felt that we were getting the proper treatment. Some salesmen try and crank out sales and pressure and guilt you into purchasing a car that the salesman feels is best for the bottom line; but not Neil. He left us alone to discuss our issues and concerns, and when we returned to him, he was happy to assist us in whatever was our decision. We chose the Honda! Not just because Honda has an excellent reputation, but also because Neil Weissman was who he was; no pressure, no hard sell, no explanations and no excuses. Neil was fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about him. Buying a used car is an ordeal, but this transaction was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Neil for making our purchase an easy and painless one. Theresa Neikam, the Finance Manager was also pleasant, professional and a pleasure to work with. She made the transaction go quickly and she was fun. I hope that Mr. Baron appreciates what great employees he has in these two! More

By far the best dealership around I couldn't have asked for my experience to be any better. Steve was my sales associate who gave me lots of information on the car I wanted and gave me a great price. He was extremely nice and helpful and made buying a car stress-free and easy. Theresa Neikam explained clearly every paper we signed and the extended warranty compared with Geico's MBI as well as the maintenance package with the dates that we can exploit at home to think them over... The experience with the others dealers was not the best so we did not have any great expectation, but the minute we arrived and spoke to Brian McCabe, we were pleasantly surprised. At the other dealers I had asked a question about getting leather interiors on a specific car and they all gave me a NO for an answer. That was my first question to Bryan and when his respond was YES, we can, I knew I was about to have a positive and different experience. He made me feel at peace, I was never pressure at all, told him what I wanted and needed and he did not push for more and really did what he could to help. He also was honest, peasant and had a positive attitude which helped me a lot. It was my first time leasing a new car and he made it the best. I was going to give up on looking for a car until I got there and spoke to Bryan. I thank God for putting him on our way. This is my first Honda car and I really love it, I got the car I needed at the right price. I would highly recommend BaronHonda and Bryan McCabe. More
