Our lease was up in a few months and we kept getting letters from various dealers to turn in the car before the lease was up. We decided to check out the Honda offer on Tuesday. We told Brian that we had just come in to see what the offer was all about and we were not going to get a car as we wanted to check out the other offers we had received. He called our lease company, checked out our car, and let us test drive a Honda Civic EX by ourselves. By the time we left, we had all the info that we needed and Brian said to call him and let him know what we decided and we could come in talk about it the next day. There was absolutely no pressure at all. The next day we called Brian and told him that we wanted the car. It was an unbelievable experience. Brian's friendliness, people skills and professionalism are absolutely amazing, not only with us, but with everyone he talked to on the phone. We filled out all the papers and then went back in the afternoon to turn in our car and pick up our new car. Our 14 year old grandaughter came with us to pick up the car, and even she was impressed with Brian. He engaged her in our conversations and made her feel right at home. Brian is definitely an asset to Baron Honda and we are grateful to him, and Theresa, the Finance Manager, for making our first experience with Honda a wonderful one. Very Happy When my husband and I received the early lease termination letter from Baron Honda- we were very skeptical that we'd be able to get anything in our pr When my husband and I received the early lease termination letter from Baron Honda- we were very skeptical that we'd be able to get anything in our price range. We were current leasers of a Hyundai Sonata and weren't thrilled with the car for the price we were paying per month. We decided to go in there on Memorial Day, and right away we met with Tony Noto. We told him we had no money to put down and what our monthly payments needed to be. He told us within minutes that we were able to lease an Accord and that our payments would be a few dollars less than what we were paying for our sonata. The next day, Tony called me at work to tell me what information he needed to close out the lease on our Sonata. Then he took care of calling our insurance company. When we went to pick it up that afternoon, Tony got in the car with us, programmed my phone into the bluetooth capabilities and showed me all of the features of the car and how to use them. Then we went inside and finished the deal. In the two visits we had we were only there a total of about 2 hours. When we got our Sonata three years ago, we were at the dealership for more like 6 hours, not including going to pick up the car another day. I couldn't believe how smooth and easy the whole process was. We were very, very happy with Baron Honda and with Tony himself. I would absolutely recommend them. More

Went for service left with a new car I came for my Crv that had over 200K miles. My breaks needed to be changed and the price to change them was almost as much as the value of the car. Problem was I was still financing my car so I didn't know what to do. The people at the service area sent me to sales in case. All the people working there are great- Service included. I was talking to Robert Noto and he was great! He helped me figure out my options without pressuring me into buying or leasing. He told me how much my car was worth and that if I wanted I could trade it in and they will pay off my loan. He got me a great price and helped me with insurance and everything I needed. My experience was hands down the best I have had buying a car. I would recommend this Honda even if it's further than you'd like! And ask for Robert Noto he was awesome! More
