On 5/1/2023, I put a deposit down on a 2020 Honda CRV. I returned that night to show the vehicle to my husband. Unfortunately, the car was not there. The staff informed us that the vehicle was at a differ I returned that night to show the vehicle to my husband. Unfortunately, the car was not there. The staff informed us that the vehicle was at a different location for detailing services. Four days later, the car's mileage told a different story – clearly, an employee had driven it. Nevertheless, I recovered from the discomfort of knowing I was lied to, and on May 5, 2023, I purchased the vehicle. Before driving off the lot, I made an appointment for the minor scratches and two small dents (hood and rear hatch) to be repaired on 5/10/2023 since this work would not be completed before I took possession of the car. I returned to Baron on 5/10/23 and learned there appeared to be a misunderstanding about the appointment. The Manager explained that the scratches were to be repaired by one person, and the dents were to be repaired by a different person. He further explained that this required coordinating with these two per diem experts. He told me he would schedule the work and call me back to let me know the date and time of the appointments. He did not call me. On 5/25/2023, I phoned the salesman on his cell phone to share that I still needed to complete the work and was still waiting for a call back from the Manager. He told me he would call me back. He did not call me. As of today, June 15, I am still waiting for a call back from the salesman and the dealership Manager. It is very clear to me that Baron has no intention of fixing the minor scratches and two dents. I had hoped your dealership would dispel the belief that all car dealerships should not be trusted. Please note that I grew up in a self-employed automotive repair, towing, and collision business. My family prides itself on their honesty, integrity, and customer service. I was foolish to believe I would receive the same customer care at Baron that I have witnessed in my family business for over 50 years. Please remove me from your email list. UPDATE: On July 11th, I was on time for the 11:00 AM appointment, you coordinated, with Baron’s two per diem repair specialists for the 2020 Honda CRV I purchased in May. The young man I encountered when I entered the showroom located the salesman who then directed me to the parking lot where the per diem scratch specialist had set up work for the day. It was up to me to self-advocate for the agreed-upon work. Help me understand why no one from Baron had a copy of the work order agreement I signed at the time of purchase. When the scratch repairs were completed, I saw that my car was driven around to the front of the showroom and parked. I sat waiting to be brought up to date on the timeline for the second repair while two of your staff chatted with one another over the hood of a yellow showroom vehicle and the salesman sat watching his phone and giggling. When no one sought me out, I approached a bearded gentleman whose indifference was astonishing. The excuses for the lack of customer care and attention to my appointment were pitiful. At 1 pm I walked out because there was zero effort put into honoring the promises made anfter my 6/15 letter and/or communicating with me. I understand that Hondas sell themselves, however, honesty, integrity, and proper care retain a customer base. Eventually, our economy will recover and inventory will accumulate. Please consider sending your staff for much-needed customer service training. More

The service department is great but the dealership itself sucks. Had a horrible experience buying my second used car from them. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AND BUY AN OTHER CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! But I' sucks. Had a horrible experience buying my second used car from them. I have been frequenting this dealership for almost 25 years and I can’t say enough about the service. Everyone is so friendly they go out of their way for you from Sales to service to parts, especially b years and I can’t say enough about the service. Turner the salesman, and Benny the mechanic who I request every time I go in for service. My service advisor. This time was Irma Ascenso.. she was a pleasure to deal with and also Mike one of the service advisors is also a pleasure. Can’t say enough good things about this place. They helped me a lot throughout the years and I appreciate it that’s why I keep going back. More
