First experience...a great one! Jack was a great salesman. He wasn't too pushy and was very interested in everything that I wanted. He didn't want to sell me the most expensive car, Jack was a great salesman. He wasn't too pushy and was very interested in everything that I wanted. He didn't want to sell me the most expensive car, he wanted to sell me what would fit my needs and budget. He followed up after every step of the process and even personally took my car to get inspected by my own mechanic before purchasing it. Theresa was also very nice but when I went back to ask a few questions that were unclear the week after purchase, she didn't remember me. Understandable but also a little unsettling. No run-arounds with Jack. A salesman is still a salesman but he's very straight with you. Thanks again! More

It has come to my attention that Jack deliberately mislead my last month (September 2015), when I brought in my car because it was ruined because it was a defect. At that time Jack told me that my ONLY option was to start up a brand new lease. Trusting that he is an honest person, I sadly believed that signing a new contract was the only thing to do, so we did. Yesterday (Oct. 21), when I went into the dealership, Jack admitted that he totally scammed me by making me sign the new lease, and what he SHOULD have done was to send me to service because the car was still under warranty. What's worse it that Tony agreed that I should never have been told to sign a new lease. He was actually puzzled about why Jack would have even done that. When we questioned Jack and ran away and refused to answer. I asked Tony just to give me my $3,000 back and take the car back, but he said he would have to figure it out with Dominic Roncone tomorrow, (today October 22), and that they would call me in the morning. Well, needless to say, when I didn't hear from them, I called and was told that Tony took today off. When I asked to speak with Dominic, I was transferred to his voice mail. I left him a message asking him to please call me back. It is now 8:02pm and nobody has contacted me. It seems they would rather NOT do the right thing. They have decided to keep my money and deal with what is about to erupt from this xxxx STORM they just created. Unfortunately for them, and probably the entire staff, they now have to face the investigation that is being brought on the dealership, thanks to Jack for giving me a bogus number for corporate. What he did do was give me an 800 number which lead me to the Customer complain division. The wonderful woman on the phone filed my case and gave me my reference number. I still do not understand why they simply did not just return my money and take the car back. I hope Jack can answer these questions for the investigative reporter and camera people when they show up next week. More

This week, sales consultant Dustin Resto w I returned to Baron Honda in Patchogue because I purchased my 2009 Accord there and was totally satisfied. This week, sales consultant Dustin Resto was able to provide me with an Accord with the features I desired and a fair price on the new car and the trade-in. He was courteous, professional, efficient, and so pleasant. Joe Giella, in Finance, was also efficient and courteous. Today, I drove off with my new car and I'm glad I went a bit out of my way to return to Baron Honda as they again provided a good deal and an enjoyable experience. More
