Receptionist ruined my experience!!! I walked into the dealership not sure I even wanted a Honda. I had the pleasure of working with Dave Burns. I needed to fax some paperwork to him from work and didn't have his name. Called the dealership and spoke with Kira who was EXTREMELY rude and reluctant to help. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she may be having a bad day, returned her nastiness with kindness and went about my way. Over a month after buying my car I called today to inquire about my registration I still have not received. Spoke with Kira again and she was even more rude than the first time. I have two family members currently interested car shopping that asked for my recommendation and if it weren't for her, I would have surely recommended Baron Honda. Because of her, I sent them elsewhere. Please, someone stop this nasty girl from answering your phones and interacting with customers!!! More

Quick, efficient, no hassle! Buying a car is an annoying process. The memories of spending an entire day in a dealership still linger 10 years later after buying my first car. Needless to say, it is not something I enjoy doing however this has since changed because of my experience at Baron. I needed a car super fast and entered the dealership with a no nonsense attitude and my hand on the trigger to shoot down any annoying dealer. Our sales representative fed off my energy and didn't offer anything other than what I was specifically looking for. Holy cow that was a first EVER! Bobby B. was sincerely into helping us find the right car for our needs and budget. He was solely focused on that and not trying to sell and convince us to buy the newest and latest model. Because of this and because Honda's are awesome cars AND Bobby B. at Baron was not the proverbial car salesman, we bought two cars from Baron that night! I HIGHLY recommend them, especially if you are a high strung weirdo like me that has zero tolerance for bull. They made it so easy! Within in 5 days we had both cars. We would have had them sooner but our schedules are so hectic they worked around us! Even Teresa in finance was awesome. She did it all, we signed and drove away! Love Baron and the car buying experience. I never thought I would ever say that. More

Pressure Free Experience! Believe me when I say that car buying, for me, is right up there with phone upgrades and appliance purchasing! Not a fan of any of them! Our salesman, Bobby, made the entire experience easy, pressure-free, and dare I say, even pleasant! He and Dominic made sure that we got exactly what we wanted, and worked hard to overcome any unexpected "surprises!" We expected remote start as standard in my 2016 CRV Touring, and when we realized the vehicle came in without it, they set up an appointment to have it installed, even furnishing me with a loaner car. The Service Department was great and very helpful! We are both thrilled with our 2016 Accord and CRV! Financing was a breeze, as well, with Theresa's help! Would definitely go back to Baron! Oh yes...and shout out to Dustin for helping us to solve phone linking puzzles! More

The ultimate in no-pressure sales! Well, if that has been your experience in the past, you need to visit Baron Honda and meet Bobby Brodeur. From the moment I walked in, he followed my lead, which was originally a leftover 2015 Odyssey. I was immediately quoted a very reasonable price, but I was hesitant because I just didn't like the color. Bobby then offered to show we a pre-owned Odyssey in excellent condition, and not black! It was a fantastic car, he was right, but in the end I decided to go new. I ultimately bought a 2016, in the color I really wanted! Throughout the process, Bobby was so patient, always upfront about the best prices he (and Dominic) could give me. I was given the freedom to test drive the car on my own, without the pressure of a salesperson in the car telling me how great everything is. This allowed me to test each of my options and make a well-thought-out decision. When I changed my mind from a purchase to a lease, again, no pressure, no hidden numbers. Just kindness and honesty! And, if all of that wasn't enough to get you to try Baron and Bobby, this last bit should. At delivery I forgot an important item relating to my trade and, rather than postpone the deal or send us on a long drive home and back on a stormy night, he offered to meet me near my house to pick it up AFTER work. Almost forgot to mention how Bobby looked out further for my sanity. He could see my children we getting antsy as we were waiting for the finance person so I could finish all the paperwork. So, he grabbed the paperwork so I could sign it with him and be on our way even sooner! What a great guy! I've found a new dealership! More

It is much more difficult to determine the Character of an individual dealership; in its simplest form, do they want to sell you a car, or do they want to help you buy a car. Without question, Baron Honda--and in my case, Steven Jasuta and Dominick Roncone--wanted to help me buy a car. I always felt as if they were on my side. In this highly competitive, almost cutthroat market, they were not all about price and deals and deal sweeteners (though their prices are competitive with everyone), they were about giving me options and information so that I would be comfortable with what was ultimately my choice. One trip to their showroom, and you will feel the difference from the moment you walk in; it is, of course, professional, but it is also genuine and friendly. (And, much to my surprise, what had always been the tedious interaction at every dealership I had even been to before, even the Lexus guy--with the Finance Department--was made pleasant and efficient by Theresa when I picked up the car.) Thanks to all of you. More
