They were all nice and happy when I bought Baron used lot on sunrise service road absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a car from there. They were all nice and happy when I bought the car but as soon as I had my first problem within the first month I brought it back to them. Their mechanics response to warped rotors was put more miles on it. So I did as he said and put 10k miles on it. Set up a day to what I thought was getting them changed only to be screamed at by the finance manager bill. Long story short they do not go the extra mile to help out their customers. So save urself the trip and go to a reputable dealer. He is the biggest xxxxxxx walking. I would not recommend this business And to further reply I came back within a month of owning the car your mechanics then looked at my car who told me to put more miles on the car didn't say within the 4000 miles. I came back with more miles and the pre owned manager became irate. Don't twist your words pal More

It was so easy that we were worried it was going to fall through. When we went to pick up the car it was ready to go and we were out of there in under 30 minutes. It's salesman, Sonny Rahim was humble, kind and helpful beyond words them self. Joe in Finance amazing, knew everything to crunch numbers and make the deal itself go quickly and painlessly, and the General Manager, Tony, who came to stop in and see if there was anything we needed throughout the transaction. All three of these men were amazing and their knowledge of each process that pertained to their jobs specifically. They catered to everything that was needed to make the transaction go smoothly. We had an appointment to pick up our car and we were out of there within the hour, no funny business. Very honest and that is what will keep me returning when we buy our next Honda. They are by far one of the most down to earth dealerships you will find out there. Tell them the Rodeckers sent you their way, you will not be disappointed. My boys are in love with our new 2017 Pilot. It is our family car and our chocolate lab will love it once we get her a blanket for the back seat. My daughter struggled with not getting the Funds she hoped for with trade in. ( learning curve) felt she could sell on her own . But I must say Bobby continued to inform Nina about the pilot that she continued to desire texting back and fourth. Well just before New Years ! My daughter returned with mama in tow once again to purchase and trade in. Wow! And what did Bobby do he made it happen not only to give his previous offer but did go the extra mile, getting us another keyless key and a few other extras. My husband and are pleased by your non pressure and your ability to deal with the numerous concerns and questions my daughter placed upon you which you explained until she understood. PS the truck drives fantastic in rain and snow!! Extra sense of security Thankyou again, we would defiantly recommend Baron Honda and to see Bobby More

Worst Sales Person Ever! I was with my family wrapping up the final details and signing paperwork. I asked why my out of pocket expenses were more that what was discussed. He then snatched the paper work out of my hands then threw my keys at me for my trade in and tell me to leave! Bobby Broder then lies and says he was the Manager! If this sales person is not fired immediately I will forward this incendent to Honda North America and makes sure everyone knows about this on Social Media. Tony the Manager on site tried to correct the situation the Best he could. Thanks Tony. I will never let anyone I know buy from Baron ever again! Terrible experience because of one person! More

I have to say Bobby Brodeur made our car buying experience a great one and he did everything he could to make us happy. I would definitely buy another car from him in the future! More
