Great Experience! Just bought my third Honda from Baron Dealership! Each time I was always dealt with fairly. This time was really exceptional because I had Bob Brodeur as my salesman. What I liked most was that Bob asked the right questions to get a feel and direct you to the type of vehicle you want most. We in turn asked a lot of questions and Bob answered them all very knowledgeably and patiently. Bob has a great personality for a salesman. He is neither offensive nor condescending, which means a lot, especially to a female consumer. We made a fair deal on the vehicle I'd chosen the same day I walked into the showroom. I left feeling confident about my purchase and a sense that I could trust Bob to continue to be there for us even after we drove off with our new Honda. Good credit, bad credit (me), no credit- Joe Turner is the car salesman you want to sell you your next car! I was in this car within 2 hours! He went over ever inch of the car so I knew what everything did and even hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth. I've had creepy car salesmen calling, texting, emailing me all week and I was ready to stop shopping and start riding the bus so I wouldn't have to deal with this again until I had a larger down payment but Baron Honda made buying a car easy. Bobby went over everything with me and my stubborn father from beginning to end and answered every question honestly no matter what the circumstance. The next car I purchased was in 2015 when I went back to Honda to look for a brand new car and trade in the used car and I met Will (Bobby was on leave for a little while) Will is another helpful and dedicated worker who put me in my first brand new car. I was in a car accident and needed a new car quickly and I knew exactly where to go. I didn't even want to look anywhere else knowing the people who would be happy to help me and the quality of cars that Honda carries are amazing. Bobby helped me again into my 3rd and hopefully final car for a long time now! Everyone at this Honda dealership from the sales people to the people who work in service are amazing, they are genuine and really want to help you through a hard time and turn it into a happy time which is exactly what this whole sales team does every single time.
