Chris at the Baron Supercenter got the ball rolling and then the Finance Director Joe Giella went above and beyond and made financing a 2017 Honda Civic possible. Good credit, bad credit (me), no credit- Joe Turner is the car salesman you want to sell you your next car! I was in this car within 2 hours! He went over ever inch of the car so I knew what everything did and even hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth. I've had creepy car salesmen calling, texting, emailing me all week and I was ready to stop shopping and start riding the bus so I wouldn't have to deal with this again until I had a larger down payment but Baron Honda made buying a car easy. I had the best car buying experience ever! More
Amazing experience every time I went to this car dealership for my first car in 2013 and met Bobby Brodeur who was the most helpful and genuine car salesman I met that week of horr I went to this car dealership for my first car in 2013 and met Bobby Brodeur who was the most helpful and genuine car salesman I met that week of horror as I went from dealership to dealership trying to find the right first car for myself. Bobby went over everything with me and my stubborn father from beginning to end and answered every question honestly no matter what the circumstance. The next car I purchased was in 2015 when I went back to Honda to look for a brand new car and trade in the used car and I met Will (Bobby was on leave for a little while) Will is another helpful and dedicated worker who put me in my first brand new car. I was in a car accident and needed a new car quickly and I knew exactly where to go. I didn't even want to look anywhere else knowing the people who would be happy to help me and the quality of cars that Honda carries are amazing. Bobby helped me again into my 3rd and hopefully final car for a long time now! Everyone at this Honda dealership from the sales people to the people who work in service are amazing, they are genuine and really want to help you through a hard time and turn it into a happy time which is exactly what this whole sales team does every single time. Thank you guys for being so amazing & thank you Bobby for turning my totaled car week of horror into such an amazing experience of a car purchase with a bow! More

Most salespeople are perceived to be unethical, dishonest, and likely to take advantage of customers. Unfortunately, perception IS reality. What would you say about a car salesman who would go above and beyond to make a customer happy? What would you say about a car salesman who would take less commission to make a customer happy? What would you say about a car salesman who would take into consideration life obstacles to make a customer and family happy? They don't exist, right? That's what I thought until I came across the path of Bobby Brodeur of Baron Honda. I can honestly say that Bobby is a rarity. His customer first approach is something I've never experienced. He did everything in his power to make me and my family happy. Now Bobby has a repeat customer for life and I hope anybody reading this considers me as a referral. More
2014 Honda Accord for service We took our 2014 Honda Accord for service, where can was starting and needed a jump start every time car stopped. Was told car wont be looked @ for c We took our 2014 Honda Accord for service, where can was starting and needed a jump start every time car stopped. Was told car wont be looked @ for couple days because they're short on techs. Asked for loaner was told you are on your own. After 7-8 phone calls car was finally looked @. I was told nothing wrong with the car and you can take the car back. Was charged $50 for nothing. But the issue continued, took the car to local mechanic he right away check the battery and suggested replace the battery and need to clean the terminals. I followed his advise and walla car fixed. I honestly dont think car was looked @ car dealership and worst part is from receptionist on to service manager they're absolutely pathetic to deal with. MY suggestion, do not take your in for service they're bunch of liars and rude folks working there. More

Rob Noto introduced me to the Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and it's been a dream car! While Rob was doing his magic and making the switch from the old car to the new nice and easy, I noticed a very nice man in the showroom that lit the room up when he spoke. I figured he was another happy customer, but Rob told me he was Ron Baron, the owner himself, visiting the Patchogue branch. Rob introduced me and it was a pleasure talking to Ron about books (we're both big readers). Every time I visit, whether it is to get a new car or to get the car serviced (the Service dept. is top notch!), it's always an uplifting experience. When I arrived at Baron Honda I was excited to see that they still had a few CR-Zs on the lot. Bobby Brodeur worked with me to get a price I was happy with.
