My husband and I took multiple trips to Baron, and every time he answered any and all questions we had. When we finally decided on the 2017 CR-V, there wasn't a need to try and negotiate price! It was lower than we had anticipated. Then when we started to deal with the financing department, the department everyone dreads.. Theresa made it so simple, and she went above and beyond for us. We had an issue where we had to get in contact with Corporate's finance people, who made it impossible for us to reach them. My husband called Baron, spoke to Theresa and explained the situation. She also called them, left them a voicemail (we also by this time left multiple voicemails) and eventually they got back to us to clear up the account. When we picked up the car and sat down to do the finance paperwork with Theresa, she had also informed us about how we were approved for an even lower interest rate! Really just the best news we could get that day! Overall, our experience was amazing! We highly recommend Baron, especially when dealing with Dustin and Theresa! They are nothing like the other car dealerships we have dealt with in the past!! More

This time was really exceptional because I had Bob Brode Just bought my third Honda from Baron Dealership! Each time I was always dealt with fairly. This time was really exceptional because I had Bob Brodeur as my salesman. What I liked most was that Bob asked the right questions to get a feel and direct you to the type of vehicle you want most. We in turn asked a lot of questions and Bob answered them all very knowledgeably and patiently. Bob has a great personality for a salesman. He is neither offensive nor condescending, which means a lot, especially to a female consumer. We made a fair deal on the vehicle I'd chosen the same day I walked into the showroom. I left feeling confident about my purchase and a sense that I could trust Bob to continue to be there for us even after we drove off with our new Honda.
