As a matter of fact, I had to approach the staff in order to speak to a salesman. With that said, I was introduced to Joe Turner a soft spoken, informative, polite gentleman who made my purchase of a pre-owned 2015 Honda CR-V a pleasure. In all my years, I have never met such a nice and honest car salesman. The experience is usually the opposite I have nothing but good things to say about Baron Honda and my experience. More

After going through a lot, we were already nervous and anxious to visit a dealership to talk about getting a new car, and we've both have been through horrible experiences with dealerships in the past. When we walked in, we were quickly greeted and Sonny Rahim became our sales rep. We sat down and talked about what we were looking for, and our concerns. Sonny was amazing from the get-go! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and addressed all of our questions, and concerns. He definitely wasn't pushy. He gave us space and time to think. We did go to other dealerships to look around, but Sonny was the top person we wanted to deal with and in the end, we made the right choice. Thanks Sonny for everything and making it a pleasant, easy experience! More

I did NOT pay a lot and I received one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. I'm not new to buying cars, I've bought a lot of them since 1980 (including 10 in the last 17 years) I know all the games, seen all the scams, etc. I've never dealt with Baron before and called them out of the blue. I spoke to Joe Turner and immediately knew I could do business with him. I went to the dealership a few days later and met him as well as Dominick Roncone. They immediately made me feel at ease with their upfront/no BS approach. I left a deposit late Saturday and was driving on Monday. The car was ready when they said it would be, and the final paperwork went smooth as silk with Theresa in their finance dept. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I would highly recommend them. More

He was wonderful to work with. He explained everything and never pressured us. He gave his opinions when asked and helped us decide which model and options were right for us. I believe we paid a fair price with no pressure from anyone. We had taken our 3 yr old granddaughter with us and planned on just taking a quick look at the models and coming back at another time. While we were looking, Chelsea came out and handed her a play crown and wand. A few minutes later, my granddaughter started to walk into Chelsea's office and I tried to stop her. Chelsea told me not to worry, that she could stay with her while we looked at the cars. Her office was full of toys and items for children. She told me she has them to keep kids amused when parents are looking in the showroom. My granddaughter loved coloring and playing with her and actually did not want to leave. We came back the next day for a test drive and the staff was actually asking if she was with us! I have never seen this in any other dealership. I have also been using their service center for quite awhile and loved the people there also. They always suggested what should be done if they saw something but never tried to pressure me into having more service than I needed. I have been leasing cars for many years, so I change cars every 3 years or so. This was the best and easiest experience I have had! . More

Run away When we first came to Baron, we were greeted with a non pushy environment that we appreciated. When we finally decided to buy our van from them, thats when the problems came. The car was very dirty when we picked it up. The people cleaning didnt lift any of the seats nor did they look up. We got a minivan and there were crumbs everywhere and splatters of stuff all over the ceiling. There were things that were broken on the van so we needed to come back. When we set the appointment to get everything done, they didnt have the things and we need to come back again. They charged us with extra finance charges that we didnt know about until we were home reviewing the bill. When we began calling about these extra charges, no one would pick up the phone, when they finally did, they needed to "check on that" and call us back.....which never happened. I chased them for about a week and a half, leaving messages and waiting. When I talked with the manager he said "this is the first I've heard of this." I think this is my first review I've ever written but we had such a terrible experience that I thought I would warn people away from there. My last interaction was with the sales manager. (this was almost two weeks of calls questioning the extra charges and getting the other things fixed ) I talked with him on a friday afternoon that there were still a broken clip on the sun shade and a broken motor to open the back door. He said he would call me back and its been a week. I've given up and will be getting these things fixed at my local garage because I want this nightmare to be done with. More
