Hey Bill! For someone who only had one email interaction with me I was very surprised to see this negative review. Unfortunately, now a days, it is very common for a dealer to require you to come in to the showroom to get full out the door pricing for financing or CASH price. Also, I am not a sales person so you would get the most information with a sales person or sales manager. I would not want to pass over any inaccurate information to you. Smart consumers come into the showroom because it is rare for a sales manager to let a customer walk out without a purchase because we will always work with you. At the end of the day I was just doing my job, which is to set showroom appointments. I am sorry our one conversation upset you this much. The Mustang sold anyway, to someone who came in for pricing, made a deal and left happy with their new vehicle. Good luck on your car search if you have not purchased already.

You mention "SMART CUSTOMERS COME INTO THE DEALERSHIP". Maybe those "so called" smart customers are not disabled veterans as I am. It is difficult for me to get around. SO I ASK FOR A PRICE BEFORE I WASTE MY TIME AND YOURS!

Bill, You responded one time to an automatic email. I responded, you did not answer. We also had no phone number to try and contact you another way. If you expressed to us that you were disabled we would have of course worked with you. Thank you for your service. Good luck on your next car buying venture.

You say in your latest response that I only responded once to an automatic email. AS I SAID IN PREVIOUS RESPONSES, I CONTACTED YOUR DEALERSHIP SEVERAL TIMES. I did not think it was necessary to inform you or the dealership that I was a disabled veteran to get preferential treatment. ALL people who email or respond to automatic emails or otherwise SHOULD BE ANSWERED AND TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY.
