Juan was very mature and respectful as were the others in the building at the time I was buying the car. I purchased a used car that was in mint condition at a great price. The photos and most importantly the 360 degree video really shows the true beauty of the condition of the car. I am very pleased with my purchase. I did not feel any pressure. When I spoke with a “manager” he assured me that the rep would call me the next day at 330. It’s over a week later and I was never contacted. Went in today for my money back. Never again will I deal with this dealership or anyone that works there. The look of the inside of the building should have warned me not to even waste my time there. More
