He introduced himself so politely and professionally. He wasn't pushy n not once did he ever give me a reason to walk out. I felt so comfortable talking to him. As we started to talk about a new vehicle, he was very knowledgeable about the 2018 Odyssey. All my questions were answer with an in depth answer and pure enthusiasm. After we agreed on a new van, we set up to pick it up the next night. Bobby kept in contact with me,keeping me updated on progress with the van. So pick up day came n Bobby greeted us at the door. He showed us the new van n my wife wasn't happy. The van didn't come with power sliders or a middle seat. The actions of Bobby will always be inbedded in my mind and this is why I will always use him. He came up to my wife and said " you look unhappy with the van, I'm unhappy too." Pure professionalism. He proceeded not press us. He gave us time to talk. After a few minutes, I approached Bobby and asked him what else can we do. Without hesitation he was there with another van for us. He gave us numbers n he left me n my wife alone to talk. Not once did he rush us into a decision. He waited until I approached him. After the first fix up, we agreed on a different van that same night. I found my Honda guy for as long as he works there. He is the most knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic n nicest salesperson I have every dealt. Once my lease is up, I will most DEFINITELY call upon Bobby at Baron Honda. Went in the next day and was handed over to John Hurley. John was very pleasant to deal with. Showed us the vehicle I had inquired about and was very knowledgeable about it's features. I later got a very good price on the same vehicle at another dealership. After I shared that with John he responded the next day with an attractive price that sealed the deal for us. Two days later John had the car ready and we closed the deal. John is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. More

We were getting ready to head to Arizona for 3 months, so we wondered if we could take advantage of the early lease termination policy and arrange for the new lease to begin on our return from out west. Bobby Brodeur, our sales rep made that happen for us, also making sure we obtained the upgrade we were looking for. He was also able to eliminate excessive wear and tear charges for our 2015 C-RV. It was a pleasure doing business and we recommend this dealership based upon our past and latest experiences. More
