Some days later after we purchased the car, we were looking through the paperwork and noticed a discrepency in some of the numbers we had agreed to. The error was brought to Manager Jorry Baron's attention and to his credit he stepped up and wrote my son a check for the disputed amount. When was the last time you heard of a dealership giving someone money back on a contract that was executed and signed. Most likely NEVER! I found him to be cordial, reasonable, and willing to listen to my concerns, and then he resolved the situation to my satisfaction. This is a young man I would be most willing to do business with again. It became apparent to me as we spoke that he is passionate about keeping his customers happy and maintaining a hight quality of service. I'm sure your parents are very proud of the kind of young man they raised. More

great experience had early appoint to get crv serviced and was thinking about trading it in. waited for sales after the service and met will combs. normally i dont car had early appoint to get crv serviced and was thinking about trading it in. waited for sales after the service and met will combs. normally i dont care for the process of buying a new vehicle because of the games they play. this by far was one of the easiest transactions i have ever experienced while buying a new car. received a quote the day before from Jenn suggs online and told her i would be back in the am and had a trade in to be looked at. the price i was quoted the day before was the price . no add ons or extra fees or any pressure to add anything else. came to an agreement on trade and deal was done. they beat my credit union rates on the financing and picked up the vehicle a couple hours later. will combs is a true gentleman and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new ride. quick shout out to the service dept.-3 rd time there for service on the used crv i bought and always get treated like i bought it from there. Great outcome for an engine repair I received a quote for quite a big engine repair on my 2010 Honda Pilot. I did have a warranty, but the representative for the issuing company refus I received a quote for quite a big engine repair on my 2010 Honda Pilot. I did have a warranty, but the representative for the issuing company refused coverage, considering it to be “wear and tear.” Bill Christiansen in the Service Department asked the opinion of the Honda representative, and Honda honored the warranty. The repair bill was approximately one-third of the original quote. Thanks to Mr. Christiansen’s intervention, it was the best outcome I could have hoped for. Thank you so very much to Bill Christiansen and Baron Honda. More
Amazing staff! About 8 months ago I had no car and had no idea how I was going to get to work each day. I had bad credit and no savings. I was afraid and embarrassed to even go to the dealer because I thought for sure I wouldn’t qualify for a loan. Dustin was so helpful and kind. He made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole car buying process. The day he called me to let me know I was approved I cried! The next day when I met with Theresa in The Finance department, my experience only got better. She was amazing and made me feel like she truly cared about helping me and my family. Not once did I feel like Dustin And Theresa were trying to sell me a car. Instead I felt like they were there to help me get what I need and to help me and my family the best they could! He also helped with a couple of marks on my car and upholstery stains. Joe in the finance dept. Is just a great person to ask any question, really caring to help the car purchase.
