The error was brought to Manager Jorry Baron's attention and to his credit he stepped up and wrote my son a check for the disputed amount. When was the last time you heard of a dealership giving someone money back on a contract that was executed and signed. Most likely NEVER! I found him to be cordial, reasonable, and willing to listen to my concerns, and then he resolved the situation to my satisfaction. This is a young man I would be most willing to do business with again. It became apparent to me as we spoke that he is passionate about keeping his customers happy and maintaining a hight quality of service. Great outcome for an engine repair I received a quote for quite a big engine repair on my 2010 Honda Pilot. I did have a warranty, but the representative for the issuing company refus I received a quote for quite a big engine repair on my 2010 Honda Pilot. I did have a warranty, but the representative for the issuing company refused coverage, considering it to be “wear and tear.” Bill Christiansen in the Service Department asked the opinion of the Honda representative, and Honda honored the warranty. The repair bill was approximately one-third of the original quote. Thanks to Mr. Christiansen’s intervention, it was the best outcome I could have hoped for. Amazing staff! About 8 months ago I had no car and had no idea how I was going to get to work each day. I had bad credit and no savings. I was afraid and embarrassed to even go to the dealer because I thought for sure I wouldn’t qualify for a loan. Dustin was so helpful and kind. He made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole car buying process. The day he called me to let me know I was approved I cried! The next day when I met with Theresa in The Finance department, my experience only got better. She was amazing and made me feel like she truly cared about helping me and my family. Not once did I feel like Dustin And Theresa were trying to sell me a car. Instead I felt like they were there to help me get what I need and to help me and my family the best they could!
