Exceptional Service at Baron Honda I just purchased an Off Lease 2016 Honda Civic LX at Baron Honda. Unfortunately it had a rip in the Driver's Seat that needed repair. I sch I just purchased an Off Lease 2016 Honda Civic LX at Baron Honda. Unfortunately it had a rip in the Driver's Seat that needed repair. I scheduled a repair service this past week and my Service Advisor was Christie Alejan. She was so pleasent to work with and really went out of her comfort zone to please me. The repair was fixed, but what led up to my outstanding service was what Christie did. The repair on the seat needed for the glue to dry and it was going to take some time. Christie actually help me push the car around several times in order to get direct sunlight on the seat to dry. Christie, Thank You Again and your an amazing person to deal with. She definetley showed me she will do whatever it takes in getting the job done!!! More
I loved working with Tony Noto.. he is the nicest most patient salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I had a 2016 Honda CR-V but with a different dealership. Excellent sales person December 17, 2019 PROS: Dealing with Will Combs, salesman, was the best experience I have ever had in any dealership. I traded in my 2019 Hyundai K December 17, 2019 PROS: Dealing with Will Combs, salesman, was the best experience I have ever had in any dealership. I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Kona for a 2020 CRV EX-L. I love this car, night & day difference from the Kona. I did not feel pressure from Mr. Combs and I feel like I was offered a fair price. CONS: the financial manager, Theresa Neikam, was a pleasant person but I felt slightly rushed. Like when your at a closing for a home or picking up a rental car; they briefly tell you what each page is and where to sign. When I got home I noticed the tire contract paperwork was illegible so I asked for another copy. I rolled the amount of what I owed into the new contract and Honda was suppose to pay off the remainIng balance of the Hyundai loan. Apparently they did send a check to Hyundai on the 21st but then put a stop payment on the check due to fraudulent activity on their account. I understand this unfortunately happens but the issue I have with Honda is I was not contacted by them to let me know but I was contacted by Hyundai on Dec 30th to let me know my monthly payment was overdue. I called Honda on Dec 31st and they said they were cutting another check and will overnight it and pay the penalties and new “pay off” amount. Why didn’t you do that a week prior and why did I have to call to bring this to your attention? Other than that the experience was pleasurable. Cannons comment on Quality of work because it is a new car that has not been serviced. More
used car purchase done on december 27,2019 the salesman steven jasuta and finanical advisor theresa neikam are a valuable asset to your organization they both took the time to explain in det the salesman steven jasuta and finanical advisor theresa neikam are a valuable asset to your organization they both took the time to explain in detail about the features of the car that i was interested in ..steven the sales reprsentative came over over to introduce himself to me and my family members who came with me to give advice on the type of car to purchase he did not pressure us he let us discuss about the i was interested in , he explained to us all of the features and lets us do a test drive the same day . once i did a test drive and said that i liked the car he did all the paperwork and had us drive off the lot with the car the same day within three to fours hours. they both handled this very professianly and with no attitudes. i think that they both deserve a raise. More
