In a few minutes the car was moved to the front lot. I called Steve a few days later and requested to test drive a Honda Pilot and again the car was waiting for us to test drive. Steve was the most honest salesman we ever encountered. We purchased the Pilot at a great price, without any nonsense. Theresa completed the paperwork expeditiously. Exceptional Service at Baron Honda I just purchased an Off Lease 2016 Honda Civic LX at Baron Honda. Unfortunately it had a rip in the Driver's Seat that needed repair. I sch I just purchased an Off Lease 2016 Honda Civic LX at Baron Honda. Unfortunately it had a rip in the Driver's Seat that needed repair. I scheduled a repair service this past week and my Service Advisor was Christie Alejan. She was so pleasent to work with and really went out of her comfort zone to please me. The repair was fixed, but what led up to my outstanding service was what Christie did. The repair on the seat needed for the glue to dry and it was going to take some time. Christie actually help me push the car around several times in order to get direct sunlight on the seat to dry. Christie, Thank You Again and your an amazing person to deal with. She definetley showed me she will do whatever it takes in getting the job done!!! More
