The check in process seemed unorganized. After someone took my keys, I was told to go inside, first desk to the right. No one was at desk 1. I went back up to check the status, and hand over my coupon for a discounted oil change. The person at desk 1 did not introduce himself. I told him who I was and what I was there for. An. Hour and 10 minutes later I noticed my vehicle was sitting in the pick up lane. I stopped another person to inquire about my car. If it was ready. It was. I paid. I left. I was impressed with the professionalism of the repair staff. Chasity was a delight to work with. Repairs were pricey, but that was offset by how quickly they repaired my vehicle.
