Contract signed on 12/18/20 and my trade-in still hadn't been paid off by them as of 1/25/21. Now my payment is 20 days past due so far and will soon have a negative affect on my credit score. I have caught this problem over a week ago, they never contacted me. Working with them since they are completely incompetent and will not make an effort to correct their mistake. Sent vehicle without temporary registration tags. My salesperson Josh told me to use the plates from my old vehicle - I am lucky I didn't get arrested and the car wasn't impounded. Their $65,000 car they sent me needs $6000+ worth of work. Forgot to tell me the bumper was cracked in 2 spots, air shock blown, brakes completely done. Communication between departments is terrible, just the worst experience ever. BUYER BEWARE! More
