Terrible experience! Not that they care, but I will never purchase a BMW. We agreed on a price, 10 minutes later I was told I had to beat another customer to the dealership to buy the car, but I could buy a purchase a BMW. We agreed on a price, 10 minutes later I was told I had to beat another customer to the dealership to buy the car, but I could buy a different one. When I complained, I was told to come to the dealership and fight the other person for the car. Then the sales manager told us we became too emotionally attached to the car. The truth is the sales manager became too emotionally attached to making a few extra dollars instead of honoring an agreement. Staying with Mercedes. More
