Terrible experience! Not that they care, but I will never purchase a BMW. We agreed on a price, 10 minutes later I was told I had to beat another customer to the dealership to buy the car, but I could buy a purchase a BMW. When I complained, I was told to come to the dealership and fight the other person for the car. Then the sales manager told us we became too emotionally attached to the car.
