We purchased a 2018 BMW 330xi Certified Pre-Owned car at Baron and paid the full asking price since the car was clean and initially appeared to be properly maintained & in great shape. On the way home (Wic Baron and paid the full asking price since the car was clean and initially appeared to be properly maintained & in great shape. On the way home (Wichita) from the dealership, the car had a catastrophic engine failure (warning lights, loud knocking noises and smoke) without any apparent reason. Thankfully the car has a warranty & the engine must be replaced by the dealer in Wichita with a rebuilt motor, but the response by Baron BMW management was no more than “sorry, but it’s not our fault”. No acknowledgement of the huge inconvenience or the fact that we can’t drive the new car we are now making payments on for several more weeks. In fact, it took several days of trying to contact management for them to even bother calling me back. Overall, I’m left with a rather poor opinion of Baron and their management. More

I’ve been using BMW of KC south because the service is much better and so I thought I would give Baron another chance to take care of a free recall. Once the recall work was done, the advisor informed me much better and so I thought I would give Baron another chance to take care of a free recall. Once the recall work was done, the advisor informed me I needed to pay $300 to diagnose a problem with the car not starting that I have never before experienced and have not since. They would actually not let me just go back and take the car! The diagnosis was inconclusive but they managed to get the car started, still charged me and didn’t even wash the car. I feel like I got taken. I will never go back More

Very friendly and personable employees. They gave us a great deal on a used Chevrolet Suburban.
