Regarding BMW service, the mechanics and technicians are knowledgeable and they always do a great job. It's when is comes down to the individual account managers, garage staff and porters that the quality knowledgeable and they always do a great job. It use to be that with each service that they did on my BMW it would came back vacuumed and washed. Today,, like a previous time before, they did none of that. Not sure if it was because the only work needed on my car was I oil change service and have my wheels aligned. Nothings worse than when you take away a customer service that you've pretty always gotten. If it's because I didn't spend enough on service costs, then lets us know. If I wanted ordinary service then I would have gone somewhere else cheaper. But I still have an extended warranty on it so I don't have much of a choice and they are close to home.
