The overall experience was poor. We went there to buy a used car for our daughter. The first sale person didn’t seems very interested in working with us and after 30 mins she passed us on a colleague (the used car for our daughter. Neither sale person was upfront and volunteering information about the car. When asked if they know about any issues and can point out the main scratches and bumps, they said well the car is there, walk around and look for yourself. Because it was exact the car we were looking for in term of make model year mileage and price, and it looked ok to us, we move forward with the purchase. My wife asked for floor mats, and the sale person said yes he will throw in some mats to make her happy. When I picked up the car a week later, he put in some old mats not even matching the car, pathetic. Finally we moved to the finance department. The finance advisor was very condescending. We were paying cash and leaving the car at the dealership for another week but we didn’t have our checkbook with us. I offered to leave an account and pay the remainder when I pick up the car. His answer was well you don’t leave that far, you should go home and come back or go to a bank to get a cashier check. Fortunately my wife had to go pickup the kids while I was finishing up the paperwork so she went home and bring back the checkbook when she pick me up. Overall the entire experience was poor. We really needed to find a car in this time frame other wise we would have walk away. Next time I buy a car I will NOT go to this dealership. More

I did get a BMW from the dealership because I always wanted to and it is the only dealership near my location. However, the whole experience was not so pleasant and BMW did not make up to their reputati wanted to and it is the only dealership near my location. However, the whole experience was not so pleasant and BMW did not make up to their reputation. During the whole process we got the vibe that the person who showed us around behaved differently because we are immigrants. The whole financing situation was a complete mess as well. It was my first car purchasing in financing and I made clear that it was my first far buying in finance and I have been in the states for six years and have maintained an excellent credit score. But after checking my credit score they told me I do have excellent credit score but since I have not had any auto finance they increase the quote like anything. We were so disappointed and the negotiation lasted for four hours. Overall, we spent about 7 hours in the dealership for a car we already researched so much on online and decided to take it. We took a look at only one car and we wanted to buy that car only. It is ridiculous. More

Poor communication from the service department regarding maintenance and proactive scheduling. When I asked why I had not been contacted in the last year or was informed my maintenance plan was going to exp maintenance and proactive scheduling. When I asked why I had not been contacted in the last year or was informed my maintenance plan was going to expire the service advisor became defensive and never provided me with a meaningful answer or solution.
