Vehicle service was extremely poor. Service reps were not readily available when car came in; when we got a rep, he was not fully knowledgeable. The same approximate service time was g Service reps were not readily available when car came in; when we got a rep, he was not fully knowledgeable. The same approximate service time was given when the appointment was made and when the car was dropped off, but on that day, the time to complete the service doubled - even though there were no additional mechanical issues. Lots of excuses were given with little concern for the customer. More

While working with Baron I was able to receive an allocation and order the spec of my desired car without issue. They were quick and prompt in assisting and walking through the process.
