I told the finance person Reggie I did not want any add ons, he snuck an add on in that was over $600. I didn’t notice until I was home and remembered how he “skipped over” asking me if I wanted that parti ons, he snuck an add on in that was over $600. I didn’t notice until I was home and remembered how he “skipped over” asking me if I wanted that particular add on. I called the salesman kaleb who stated he had told me about it, big lie. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I am disappointed with the salesman Kaleb for telling me he had told me about the add on and Reggie for being sneaky and taking advantage of someone like he did. If I was going to spend extra money on an add on why would I spend it on Resistall 360 and not extended warranty? Unprofessional and shady is how I would describe them. More
Found a vehicle, they wouldn’t finance, but would finance newer vehicles that didn’t meet our needs. Secured our own financing, wouldn’t sell the vehicle unless they financed with 50% down. 🤷🏻♂️ definitel newer vehicles that didn’t meet our needs. Clean great selection very knowledgeable people at all levels in the dealership. Our personal salesman Matt Forrest was exceptional! No high pressure and took the time and listened to us during test drives and found the perfect vehicle to “check every box” we were looking for in a new car. Lastly, when the dealership and the surrounding area lost power overnight, Matt and the rest of the team at Baron stayed open for us to complete our test drives which ultimately led to a sale. Highly commendable from all the associates at this dealership. 5 stars! More
Called to schedule for regular maintenance on 7/14/23 and also requested to get a loaner, which appears to be harder than it was in the past. I never received a call back. I do live out of town and in the past when waiting on my suv, it has taken all day and sometimes 3 days, so I don’t go in with out a request for a loaner.Called Baron again 7/21/23, talked to someone about a service maintenance and one of our tires was losing air that needs to be looked at. This time I mentioned a loaner but also asked if I could schedule without a loaner. He said he would give me a call back later in the day or at least the next day. No returned call. We never spoke with the our normal service advisor like I have in the past. This isn’t acceptable unless you want to lose customers More
Took my car in for a simple rattle noise that they associated to a belt. The belt fix apparently caused a bunch of diagnostics to pop up while pulling out and as a result, the car needed vanos and som associated to a belt. The belt fix apparently caused a bunch of diagnostics to pop up while pulling out and as a result, the car needed vanos and some components fixed to get it to a "better than before" spot. So we agreed to pay 3x more for the car to be fixed as was assured that this will fix it all and should have our car back to us as our daily commuter soon. However, that fix caused another issue to happen when pulling out (again) and the solenoid needed replacement. They fixed that on their "dime" but after all of that, the car is still making the same rattling noise and we were told that after all those repairs, engine might fail soon. So what did we spend all this money, time, and effort for? This has been nothing but a pain and not worth the price paid. Disappointed as was told something completely different on the phone than we went into pick it up...not honest on sharing the full story. If one has all the facts, then one can make a sound decision; but if you are being told that this fix will be the solution but it does nothing but cause more issues or bring you back to the same spot, then it's not a solution and has no value. You expect and deserve better than this from a BMW dealership for services...which is why we pony up more to bring it to them and not take it elsewhere. We don't have a lot of choices in the area but hope this helps someone reconsider or question more up front. Thanks More
