July 27, 2024 Went to the dealership and had an appointment with sales rep for a trade in and possibly getting a BMW x3 Upon checking in the rep came over and said that he was wrapping up with ano appointment with sales rep for a trade in and possibly getting a BMW x3 Upon checking in the rep came over and said that he was wrapping up with another client. We sat and waited for 30 minutes, during that time no one had the common courtesy to check in and ask if we needed anything while we were waiting. despite having 5 people sitting at the front desk joking around. Where is the common courtesy and respect for client time???? Whats the point of making an appointment, when it is not honored and customer time time is not respected and wasted. Never again will i ever consider going to the dealership to get a new car or a BMW. Even thought we already have one Shame on Baron BMW for not training your sales team or reps on common courtesy and honoring appointments More
Baron is the best. Where else can you go to get the level of service you deserve. Cars cost a lot and keeping them at their best can be costly but don't skimp. I have been a Barron customer with several cars for several years. I was Disappointed in my last service experience- I dropped the car off at 8:30 am Thursday for routine Maintence and to fix a nois several years. I was Disappointed in my last service experience- I dropped the car off at 8:30 am Thursday for routine Maintence and to fix a noise in the steering- and to remove a stain in passenger seat. Car was not ready by 5:00 - I had to come back to get a loaner- I called in at 12:00 to check status- was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. The noise issue resolved but told the lubrication may be a temporary fix- that it may need to be replaced. Car was not washed or vacuumed- no effort to remove stain as requested. I was told they could not get the stain out - Andrew indicated I would have to make another appointment. I was able to get the stain removed when I got home. Andrew was nice to work with and Greg in sales has always been wonderful. The service department and detailers need improvement. More
They gave me exceptional service! . I had a cracked rim with a slow leak and I am leaving out with this vehicle. They ordered Me a rim and made sure it was going to be available the ne . They ordered Me a rim and made sure it was going to be available the next morning and had me come in with no appointment and squeezed me in to replace the rim and remount and balance the tire. More
