It's a busy dealership and they are one of a few in the area, so you don't have a lot of options. They use to be much more about great custoner service, but now it seems any mediocre person can do a medioc area, so you don't have a lot of options. I had a transmission light fail you go off on my car and it was advised that I could should bring it in for service so I followed the instructions of the app as it popped up on me what to do to schedule appointment as if I needed a car I checked yes and then when I went in for the service that morning they said they didn't have a rental car for me and that I should have called the serice dept. Problem was it was a late Saturday afternoin and I thought the service dept was l closed by noon,. So Monday morning when I go to check in, my assigned service manager advised me that I did not call themab9ut needing a rental and so they don't have a car for me and that it was a two weeks out wait time to get a rental car for service so I guess I'm supposed to keep this car in limp mode for 2 weeks until I can get a loaner car. Whether or not I called them Saturday evenings afterlife time or show up Monday needng a car, I still needed a car and their notification time is still short. The transmission failure could have happened on a Sunday and if I was told.to call them then I would have gotten a loaner?? She made no effort whatsoever to address my issues so I reluctantly had to take my car back because I needed a car that day and the following day.. More

Another individual saw me standing (5 min), ask me if I had been helped, told me to have a seat in the waiting area, and he would get the ball rolling.No one came to speak to me for 20 minutes. I went back up to check the status, and hand over my coupon for a discounted oil change. The person at desk 1 did not introduce himself. I told him who I was and what I was there for. An. Hour and 10 minutes later I noticed my vehicle was sitting in the pick up lane. I stopped another person to inquire about my car. If it was ready. It was. I paid. I left. Not the most warming environment. More
