Always excellent customer service at Baron BMW but once you get outside your warranty period, it’s like most dealerships as it’s too expensive to have repair work done here.. I continue to get oil changes you get outside your warranty period, it’s like most dealerships as it’s too expensive to have repair work done here.. I continue to get oil changes because they run amazing specials quite regularly and do a great job of identifying issues which I take somewhere else to get fixed. I’ve done it this way for years and have saved at least 10k over the last several years. Part of the accepted pain when owning a BMW is is the higher than normal cost to maintain. Back to Lexus for my next car. More
