Very poor customer service! They will try to rob you! DO NOT GO TO BARON BMW! Very poor customer service. I have a 2013 BMW X3. These models have a timing chain issue. Instead of fixing just the timing ch DO NOT GO TO BARON BMW! Very poor customer service. I have a 2013 BMW X3. These models have a timing chain issue. Instead of fixing just the timing chain (approximately 3K), they quoted me 13K for an engine rebuild! There is no way my engine is completely damaged. Once I received the error message on my dashboard I pulled over IMMEDIATELY & had the car towed to Baron. I keep on top of my oil changes and oil level. Another shop quoted me a little over 3k to fix the timing chain. BARON WILL RIP YOU OFF! The service adviser NEVER even spoke to me over the phone. He sent the quote through text message. I called him to talk to him about why I suddenly need an engine rebuild and he never called me back. My husband had to drive to the dealership just to speak with someone. More

Do not trust their words and do your research before you buy cosmetic and maintenance programs with them. While I was buying my car the finance manager offered/insisted me to buy a maintenance program & cosmetic program and told me I would be covered for 5 years maintenance for 2625 dollars and if I don't buy this I would be spending around 5.000 dollars(later on I called their service department and asked average cost annually would be 500-600 dollars so you do the math). Also, I realized maintenance is for 3 years, not 5 so went back there on day two to cancel and the finance manager told me I can't cancel and even if I can cancel my interest rate would go up.... -shady here- I said it is okay I can use my bank's rate then he was like okay he will call me and never called me back so waited a couple days then went back there again and the finance manager told me I do not have any options to cancel but they can extend another year free and I accepted. I tried to cancel these programs but they refused my request. I emailed the GM on day 5 and never got any response back. Later on, I emailed him(GM) again sharing my experience and want to cancel my programs, guess what he says... I had 5 days window to cancel and instead of canceling I accepted to extend another year which is not true because their finance manager told me I don't have any option to cancel. So they delay your cancellation request and lie, then after cancellation periods ends they say sorry you didn't cancel within the 5-day window. Such unprofessional managers. More

Sold the car right out from under me too. BEWARE I called to check status of a vehicle. I live out of state. The vehicle I wanted was available. I sent them the credit app 1st thing in the morning. I also inquired about shipping as I live out of state, i wanted the car. They ran my credit, then I hear nothing..... I get a text from Josh Emmons, very busy here, another walked in. I will get back with you soon. Well 4pm rolls around and Josh finally takes time to call me back, let me know he had my credit info, but the vehicle is not longer there. Wants to put me in another. I hung up. I hate dealership xx, all you had to do was run the credit in a few minutes and it would have all been done. But Crappy Customer Service wins again. I will never try to buy from these bozo's. They ran my credit, dinged it, and wasted my time. I am sure no one cares about that. If you are an outta state buyer, Do not waste your time with these guys, they will waste yours. More

Called salesman who said he would check it all out, find out what was covered and call back. 5 days later no call back. I called, voiced my complaint and salesman says “nobody called you?” Do yourself a favor, DON’T buy the service contract!!! More

This is the 3rd time we have had poor communication and poor service from John in the service department. We had an appointment at 11am for an oil change. I told them we would return at 5:45pm after work to pick it up. When we arrived the oil change had not been completed let alone started. I had received no communication that there would be an issue with completing a simple oil change in the 7 hours the car was at the dealership. There was basically no apology. They just didn't get to it. There was another gentleman in the same situation with his car. No one there knew what was going on. A simple call or email at any point during the day would have been appreciated. Unfortunately this is not our first poor experience with this service department. However, it will be our last. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for service on your BMW. More
