I've had some hits and misses with other advisors in the past, but Ryan is one of their best! He and the Baron BMW service team made my experience easy and trustworthy in an unknown time dealing with coronavirus. I have purchased 5 BMWs from Baron and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the outstanding first class service I get with every Service Advisor assigned to me and my car. No transparency while doing business with this BMW and a diagnostic of my car. Charges were added to my order without my authorization fortunately the manager acted and resolved the charges. Had a great experience with the Service Advisors getting my BMW serviced. Loved getting mobile text updates and mobile pricing estimates and approvals. Didn’t love the new Baron BMW Service office design / my BMW serviced. Loved getting mobile text updates and mobile pricing estimates and approvals. Didn’t love the new Baron BMW Service office design / checkout. The old design allowed individual offices to talk privately and checkout with Service Advisors. Now, all the Customers and Service Advisors are crammed in a single space with walk up shelves / stands. With Covid 19 and no privacy to even discuss payments or issues, that made me uncomfortable. It felt more like a fast food checkout line than a luxury $3800 BMW Service appointment. Give the Service Advisors iPads and updated payment systems and let them service / talk anywhere. This dealership has a really bad interior Service Department redesign. The Service Advisors are top notch though. Loved Ryan’s personal service - but dealership interior design for service checkout is a huge Fail. Would have been better off just keeping the offices and giving the Service Advisors better tech / apps and giving the Clients some Herman Miller Office furniture.chairs to sit in. More
