We apologize for the miscommunication between you and the service advisor. Our advisor took full responsibility for the communication error. Once notified we quickly fixed the error and apologized. We repaired the faulty module for your airbag and did not charge for that service. We are all judged on how we handle our mistakes. I apologize replacing the module and not charging you was still a 1 star outcome. When we make mistakes clients are usually satisfied with free repairs. Please feel free to reach out and let me know how we can address the issue better to your satisfaction.
