Baron provides great service. They're a honest business with high ethics. I took my car in to have the rear brakes replaced because of a dash message; they informed me that the brakes weren't ready for rep with high ethics. Anytime I take my care for service, they find something else to fix that’s is not any longer under warranty. I agreed the past two visits, but the service is always spotty. The 1st visit, the technician di else to fix that’s is not any longer under warranty. I agreed the past two visits, but the service is always spotty. The 1st visit, the technician didn’t properly secure my cars coolant system and all my coolant drained while driving causing my car to overheat. The dealership then had to come pickup the vehicle to fix the issue. I wasn’t compensated in anyway. This past visit, I had my brakes replaced along with a mechanical repair, and the technicians left grease all over my wheels, rims, & handheld interior objects (steering wheel, shifter etc.) Lastly, my car wasn’t at all disinfected as Baron claims to do so upon arrival & departure. This was unfortunate with the current Covid-19 crisis. More
