Service director Marvin Hirschel was very professional in dealing with some issues I had with scheduling an appointment. He was very attentive and responsive and should prove to be a good addition to the Bar dealing with some issues I had with scheduling an appointment. Excellent! I never like going to the dealership for repairs, but needed this same day. Easy online scheduling of appointment. Got a nice surprise and was Uber'd back home and again back to dealership repairs, but needed this same day. Easy online scheduling of appointment. Baron provides great service. They're a honest business with high ethics. I took my car in to have the rear brakes replaced because of a dash message; they informed me that the brakes weren't ready for rep with high ethics. Anytime I take my care for service, they find something else to fix that’s is not any longer under warranty. I agreed the past two visits, but the service is always spotty. The 1st visit, the technician di else to fix that’s is not any longer under warranty. I agreed the past two visits, but the service is always spotty. The 1st visit, the technician didn’t properly secure my cars coolant system and all my coolant drained while driving causing my car to overheat. The dealership then had to come pickup the vehicle to fix the issue. I wasn’t compensated in anyway. This past visit, I had my brakes replaced along with a mechanical repair, and the technicians left grease all over my wheels, rims, & handheld interior objects (steering wheel, shifter etc.) Lastly, my car wasn’t at all disinfected as Baron claims to do so upon arrival & departure. This was unfortunate with the current Covid-19 crisis. More
