I paid enough for this car and don’t need to be oversold on service. I’m not sure I would recommend this dealership. When purchasing expensive tires, alignment should be part of the service. My confidence in the technicians there is less than a one star. Elijah needs to support his customers and not blindly accept what the technicians say. I was quoted one thing and was ready to pay, was told it would be an additional $50.00 as the deductible on the new tire wasn’t added on. When purchasing the car, I bought every type of coverage there was. My windshield is cracked, and I was told it would be $800 to replace it. I’m on my 14th BMW—love the car dread going in for services. More
