Thank you for your review. To review what was discussed in person last week when you were here at the store. We have called the warranty company multiple times on your behalf. Yes, the warranty company requires a test (not at your cost) to determine exactly what needs repaired. Just like the cancer you referred to, health insurance doesn’t give a blanket payment approval to doctors to “just treat”. They need the dealership you are working with to provide this information to move forward. Baron and majority of dealerships around KC do hundreds of claims a month with MAPs each month and do not have any of these difficulties. We very much care but do not have the capacity to provide the mechanical assistance your vehicle needs. We did recommend you have the vehicle towed to a Jeep dealership because our BMW technicians are not properly trained on this repair and we wanted you to have the best repair possible. Which Jeep dealership you chose was not our recommendation. Reach out to the Jeep dealership you chose by your house and encourage them to provide what the company needs. Approval from there is very simple and they pay the dealership directly. This is the entire purpose of purchasing an extended warranty on a 90k mile vehicle. As we expressed during your frustration last week we are very sorry for this situation and are willing to do what we can to help.
