Not good communication from the service department. Just the request for service and new tires (which they would have in 24 hours) for my car, took 9 days and 3 phone calls just to get a service sched Just the request for service and new tires (which they would have in 24 hours) for my car, took 9 days and 3 phone calls just to get a service schedule set up. They said service and install new tires should be done in 4 - 5 hours. They called late in the day and said I ordered four same tires, however front and back are different sizes, my fault. They said it would be ready next morning. Waited for phone call, nothing so I called them in the afternoon, they still don't have it done but will call me...never received a call. Third day, still no call, but got a text that all was green on service...I went in to pick up my car, they let me leave with my car but apparently tire installation wasn't completed. So they had someone drive to my home with a loaner, and hours later, completed service. Again, not good communication! More

We made a great purchase. After signing the papers our salesman was nowhere to be found. They told us our car was out front and that was it.
