Thank you for your review. A franchise dealerships responsibility is to bring a broken vehicle back to BMW standards. We follow their guidelines across the board. Your estimate is 100% BMW compliant and the correct way to fix the vehicle. I very much apologize I was on family vacation over the holidays. Usually, guests are understanding when I am working on vacation and asking managers to contact clients. I don’t really understand this 1 star review as your car is broken and we gave you an estimate to fix it. To take everything apart like you request would have costed you thousands of dollars in labor. Your vehicle was a special order vehicle in 2005 but please understand it is now a 20 year old BMW.
