I scheduled an appointment for a recall, for next week, and then received a text today to schedule this appointment. I called and talked to the "service manager" and was treated horribly, and the phone call ended with this representative telling me to take my car to a different dealer, and then proceeded hanging up on me. I am only giving 2 stars because of my previous experiences. When calling back, I spoke with a very nice lady, and she assured me that this is not the norm. I hate to say this, but if this guy is the "service manager", I do not know if I trust him with my recall. I just talked to BMW North America, and they let me know that there is not a recall on my vehicle, which makes this whole experience more shady. More

The staff and the services are excellent. The customer waiting room is sadly lacking for a brand like BMW. For people who come in with their laptops to wait and work there, there was literall The customer waiting room is sadly lacking for a brand like BMW. For people who come in with their laptops to wait and work there, there was literally no good place to sit. There were no Kleenex and very few snacks. In the women’s restroom one of the soap dispensers was empty. I know from personal experience that much lesser brands have way better client waiting lounges. Again for BMW I was surprisingly disappointed. But the staff was totally excellent, and so it was the service. More
My service advisor, Cooper Bratcher misquoted me on cost of repairs twice. I arrived at the service center to pick up my vehicle to find out that my bill is an additional $500 more than what Cooper quoted. of repairs twice.
