Regarding BMW service, the mechanics and technicians are knowledgeable and they always do a great job. It's when is comes down to the individual account managers, garage staff and porters that the quality knowledgeable and they always do a great job. It's when is comes down to the individual account managers, garage staff and porters that the quality of service varies. It use to be that with each service that they did on my BMW it would came back vacuumed and washed. Today,, like a previous time before, they did none of that. Not sure if it was because the only work needed on my car was I oil change service and have my wheels aligned. Nothings worse than when you take away a customer service that you've pretty always gotten. If it's because I didn't spend enough on service costs, then lets us know. If I wanted ordinary service then I would have gone somewhere else cheaper. But I still have an extended warranty on it so I don't have much of a choice and they are close to home. Is this what it's like at all BMW dealer locations? "It like" referring to the just slightly above average customer service.. More

They made purchasing a vehicle easy, seamless and stress free!! There was no pressure to purchase add ons.
