Hi there! I responded to your reply to the email provided a week ago, and still haven’t heard back from you. Did you truly care to learn more about my experience, or was this just a “required” response due to the low rating? Also, the very next day after I picked up my vehicle from your service center, my engine light was back on. I wanted to discuss this as well but again, I never received a response from you.
