Was late to appointment, was still able to get serviced in under one hour and a half. The service guys was of great assistance and explained issues found with detail. Unexpectedly delayed my appointment upon arrival. Didn’t provide a loaner car. Never proactively provided updates on the status. Repairs took 9 days to complete. And advised by text at 7:42am that my car was ready-when clearly the car was ready the day before, said my service rep had the day off the prior day which is why I was not notified!! More
