I was happy with the no-haggling experience of buying a new Challenger, and happy with the communication with the salesman and his manager. However, when I came to pick up the car and pay for it, I had an new Challenger, and happy with the communication with the salesman and his manager. However, when I came to pick up the car and pay for it, I had an appointment to do this. After getting the detailed information on using the dash knobs, I waited 90 minutes to pay, as the finance person was busy with another party that came before me. There is only one finance person, so I had to wait until they got another one from another dealer. I felt that the finance person should have left the other party for five minutes, while he finalized my sale and received my check. The paperwork was already done in the computer. Having them wait for five minutes, is better than having me wait for 90 minutes. I was late to work as a result, and had no time for lunch. Otherwise, it was a great overall buying experience, and I would highly recommend Trevor Urman as a salesman. More
