I was very pleased with my experience during the purchase of a new vehicle. I didn't feel under any type of pressure and everyone was very accommodating. I was, however, disappointed during the financing s of a new vehicle. I didn't feel under any type of pressure and everyone was very accommodating. I was, however, disappointed during the financing stage. If you choose one option, they take away the $500.00 rebate. Choose another option and you pay 5.9 interest rate. If you put too much money down, they won't finance you. The 1.9 or 2.9 terms/conditions seem to be hidden in advertising. I was not the least bit happy. Financing terms and options need to be clearly layed out "before" a contract is signed to purchase. Other than this, I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. More

After questioning the salesperson who assured me the ad was accurate, I drove 110 miles to check out the used 2008 Buick Enclave that I saw posted for sale on line. We were encouraged with our previous experience at Barnett Kia. In 2010 we bought a vehicle(a 2009 Kia Rio 5) and had a great experience. Their are 2 issues I would like to bring up though 1 Is we weren't offered a test drive. 2 when I tried to turn the vehicle off and panicked until my wife said to hold the key in and that worked, but just a heads-up about this could save a lot of stress.
