Barnett Auto Sales team is the besr. As we entered the dealership Ken, the salesman met us at the door. Ken took excellent care of us. He was so funny! I chose the alien green Kia Sou As we entered the dealership Ken, the salesman met us at the door. Ken took excellent care of us. He was so funny! I chose the alien green Kia Soul which I named "Scotty". Before driving off in this awesome vehicle we took pictures with Ken and the hamster. The warranty is unbeatable. We were able to get a low interest loan with comfortable payments. More

Worst of all Kia Dealerships we dealt with Recently decided to purchase a Kia Soul. We were not 100% certain of whether we wanted to buy new, lease new or purchase a low mile used Soul. since w Recently decided to purchase a Kia Soul. We were not 100% certain of whether we wanted to buy new, lease new or purchase a low mile used Soul. since we live in the White Bear area, we would start at Barnett Kia on Saturday, May 6th. When we pulled into the lot, I was immediately put off by the salespersons all sitting around in lawn chairs in the front of the dealership. Very poor first impression. Next, the salesman who approached us acted as if we were wasting his time. Touted his 40 years in the car business several times. Seemed to have little knowledge of the car other than to repeat over and over that major changes had occurred in 2014 with the Soul. When asked about leasing, he seemed to be disinterested. Gave contradictory information several times about Summer Sales Event. When we asked about taking a test drive, again, he acted like it was a burden. When we did take the test drive, his demeanor was cold and he gave one or 2 words answers...Never gave us opportunity to take on interstate, which is 2 blocks away. Really a very poor impression. We then went to Luther Kia in Bloomington..Totally different experience...My wife and I both immediately commented on the differences.. Luther seemed to be a professional environment, while Barnett seemed very much the opposite. Even though we eventually bough a Soul a week later from Lupient, which also was a class organization, Luther was very professional. Will never step foot in Barnett again More
Bad treatment and services I want to share my experience with everybody that I know regarding the service that I received From Kia dealer on HWY 61 last Friday 2/10/2017. where I want to share my experience with everybody that I know regarding the service that I received From Kia dealer on HWY 61 last Friday 2/10/2017. where I went to change the oil on my car and then I asked the staff to rotate the tires for me and they told me it costs just $24.99,I accepted this cost . after a while the service staff member came to me and told that two wheel Studs were breaking by the service staff during the rotation process, and you have to pay $70 extra to change the broken studs or you will drive your car with a front wheel that has only three wheel studs.!!!!! I told the staff there this is not fair, your staff who breaking the wheel studs, so why I have to pay for that???!!!!! I believe this is not fair treatment from a dealer to his customers, I will not deal with this dealer anymore, and I will tell my story to all friends and relatives about the bad way of treating customers. More

The Manager, Lee (I think) was also very helpful and kept his word on getting me the details added that I wanted for a minimum price. It was evening and past closing when I met with the credit person, I felt a little pushed on that part but came back the next day and got my questions answered to my satisfaction. Much better experience at this dealership than the last one!! I've had my car a month now and love it!! ps. Came back the next week to have my starter installed and the service department was great too. More

Went home with a car in less than 4 hours! So friendly, went through everything we needed to learn about the car, great to work with. You can drive away with it right now I went into the dealership asking what the colors were for the 2017's. I was looking for the blue that is only in the Elec. Kia Soal's. I was told that there was a limetted addition that Kia came out with and they are not makeing any more. He told me that they had two delivered that morning and one was gone already. I looked at the Kia, I drove the Kia, I went to have some dinner and came back and put money down on that Kia, and drove her home that night.....WOW that was crazy fast. The people were very nice, they even let me watch the Vikings game while the paper work was being completed and while the Kia was being detailed. It was great. We all were excitted about how the great the Vkings were playing and I was excitted that I was walking out with a new Soal with the color that I have been waiting for. I would have never known that Kia did a special addition with that color if I hadn't stopped in. I was going to wait until Kia had that color available in all of the Soals. I was ready to wait and I didn't have to wait anymore!!!!! More
