We had originally made contact with the dealership online. We were then asked to complete an application which we did. We were immediately notified that the application was received. My wife and I had online. We were then asked to complete an application which we did. We were immediately notified that the application was received. My wife and I had been looking online at vehicles from the dealership. We then received a phone call from Jamie Rich whom had asked us what type of vehicle(s) we were interested in and that he would start working on our interests. Jamie was very professional from that very first phone call up to the moment he walked us outside and handed us the key to our new car. During this time, we were very impressed with constant updates of what was happening with our application and in the meantime discussing a vehicle. It wasn't long before Jamie had called to tell us that we were approved for a loan. Again, further discussions took place about what type of vehicle and within the same day, we had come to an agreement on a vehicle with an appointment set up to meet with Jamie. The best part of the whole experience was that Jamie was very polite, patient, listened to what WE were looking for which together showed some great professionalism on his part. We did some looking around at other dealerships, but were turned off by the approach of some of the salesmen. The approach was in a way of trying to hurry and push a deal with the feeling as though we needed to hurry and make a decision, maybe on the spot. In our working with Jamie, this was not the case which made us feel more comfortable in our purchase. We truly appreciated his politeness, kindness and professionalism from start to finish. As I see things, first impressions can either make or break a deal such as the case in purchasing a vehicle. Our first impression was great which helped us to keep working with Jamie. He is certainly an asset to your dealership! We would also like to thank Dan for his politeness and professionalism as well. He kept us updated on where he was with the paperwork while we waited for him to complete transactions with the bank. All in all, it was a great experience, a great car and have already started telling people about our experience. The service department did a great job working on my truck. Work was completed in a timely manner and the service personnel were up front with what was needed.
