We reviewed their inventory and concluded that none of their preowned KIA's would match our requirements. Rick proposed that we consider the new 2011 Optima which were available with the options that we needed. You know the ending to this story. My wife now drives a new 2011 Optima. She loves it! My experience was good, surprised the finacial terms where not lower than 4% the competitors are offering terms as low as 1.99%. Al was very helpful, but not pushy. He knew all the features of the car I bought. He followed up with me a couple of times when I was making my decision. We where meet by a very friendly and not pushy person in Al. He helped make my mind up to go with a KIA. The salesmen at the used car department are liers and cheaters. They published (with photos) Grand caravan 2010 SXT with DVD player and back up camera with 12047 miles. I called and confirmed that it was available before I drove there. I mentioned that I had to drive 35 miles just for that van and made sure that was available. On my arrival, first he surprised me by saying that's not available and then told me that the owner of the dealship is using that since last 3 months and told that the miles are around 16000. He also said that doesn't have DVD entertainment package. When I showed pictures of the same, he said they posted a different van's picture which is very hilerious. When I got the car fax report for that van, that came to the dealer only a month and half ago. I am surprised how the owner could add 4000 miles just in a month. He showed me another car which was published as 18k miles but when I walked to the van the odometer showed 19400+ miles. It seems they played cheap tricks to attract customers on the internet and once they are at the dealership, some how they manage and show you the high priced vehicles. I felt that I was completely betreyed and would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Please beware and stay away from this fraud. More
