Staff here spent significant time ripping on competitors and disparaging them. While this may or may not have been true, I never feel good when I'm being sold into buying from someone for MORE money based and disparaging them. So we did the due diligence and went down to visit a dealership an hour away (New Prague Auto Group) who had a similar minivan for sale. Turns out that they WERE telling us the truth. the deal WAS good and we got it done. We saved thousands of dollars going with NPAG over Barnett. We live locally and it was a tough decision - we like to buy local and be loyal customers. But the vibe was bad from the beginning and we felt like they were holding something back from us.
